The present disclosure relates to a package for valuable products. The package comprises: a support base having a supporting surface for a product to be supported; a hollow body that has an open portion for the insertion of the product to be supported. The hollow body is engageable to the support base along a relative movement direction perpendicular to the supporting surface. The package further comprises an opening mechanism interposed between the support base and the hollow body and switchable between a closing condition, wherein the hollow body is in contact with the support base or is placed close to the latter, and an opening condition, wherein the hollow body is spaced from the support base so as to allow the access to the product resting on the latter. The switching of the opening mechanism between the closing condition and the opening condition is operated by actuating a control element along a control direction transverse to the relative movement direction between the hollow body and the support base.

A multi-layer foam sheet with an apparent density of 30 to 300 kg/m.sup.3 and a thickness of 0.05 to 2 mm, including a foam layer containing a polyethylene-based resin, and an antistatic layer fusion-laminated by coextrusion on each of both sides of the foam layer. The antistatic layer has a basis weight of 1 to 10 g/m.sup.2 and contains a polyethylene-based resin, a polystyrene-based resin, a styrenic elastomer, and a polymeric antistatic agent, with the polystyrene-based resin being contained in the antistatic layer in an amount of 15 to 70% by weight.

Provided is a glass plate interleaving paper including cellulose pulp as a main component. A percentage of aluminum content is below 0.2 mass %, and a basis weight is in a range from 10 to 100 g/m.sup.2. Further, it is preferred that the glass plate interleaving paper have a percentage of aluminum content below 0.01 mass %. Still further, it is preferred that the glass plate interleaving paper have a percentage of talc content below 0.1 mass %.

The storage bag of this invention includes an outer layer comprising a breathable, non-woven material, an interior layer that prevents damaging the quilt, a non-snagging sliding fastener proving access to an interior of the bag, and one or more interior flaps to protect the folded item.
