Refillable product containing dissolvable solid article
Disclosed is a refillable product that includes a container containing two or more first dissolvable solid articles. The solid articles are characterized by a maximum dimension D and a minimum dimension z. The maximum dimension for D ranges from 1 mm to 300 mm and the minimum dimension for z ranges from 0.5 mm to 150 mm. The ratio between D and z ranges from 1:1 to 300:1. The refillable product also includes indicia for a user to put the dissolvable solid articles and a liquid carrier into another container. This product can provide an environment friendly product. For example, by not containing any liquid during transportation, the product can reduce energy consumption during the transportation.
Container comprising a detergent composition containing salts of MGDA and GLDA
The present application is related to a container made of a polymer and containing a single unit dose of a detergent composition. The detergent composition contains at least two complexing agents (A) dissolved in an aqueous medium. The complexing agents (A) are (A1) at least one alkali metal salt of methyl glycine diacetic acid (MGDA), and (A2) at least one alkali metal salt of glutamic acid diacetic acid (GLDA). The complexing agents (A1) and (A2) are partially neutralized with alkali and the weight ratio of (A1) and (A2) ranges from 1:9 to 9:1. The aqueous medium contains at least 25% by weight of water relative to the entire liquid phase.

LAMINATE AND STANDING POUCH
A laminate includes a substrate layer and a heat-sealing layer. A fold of the laminate produced by a weight of a 2 kg roller has a folding angle of 20 to 55°, and a content of polyethylene in the laminate is 90% by mass or more. The folding angle may be 25 to 55°. The substrate layer may contain high-density polyethylene. The substrate layer may be a uniaxially oriented linear low-density polyethylene film or an unstretched film made of polyethylene.
SHIPPING UNIT LOAD WITH INCREASED STABILITY AND/OR SHIPPING EFFICIENCY
Cargo assemblages including a pallet, a load of packages arranged in one or more layers, and a support layer, in which the support layer is sized and positioned within the cargo assemblage to support and/or stabilize the cargo, thereby providing improved pallet efficiency, improved shipping efficiency, and/or improved stability.
Fitment with blend component and flexible container with same
The present disclosure provides a fitment. In an embodiment, a fitment is provided and includes a top portion, a base, and a channel extending through the top portion and the base for passage of a flowable material. The fitment is composed of a polymeric composition. The polymeric composition includes (i) from 70 to 90 weight percent of a high density polyethylene (HDPE) having a density from 0.940 g/cc to 0.970 g/cc, a melt temperature, Tm, greater than 125° C., and a melt index from 1 g/10 min to 50 g/10 min; and (ii) from 30 to 10 weight percent of an olefin-based elastomer having a density from 0.860 g/cc to 0.905 g/cc, a melt index from 0.2 g/10 min to 50 g/10 min, and a Tm less than 125° C.
VENTED PACKAGING ARRANGEMENT AND METHOD
A method for packaging masonry products, comprising stacking the masonry product. Wrapping the masonry product with a packaging film from a first position to a second position below a top of the product. Placing a top sheet on the top of the masonry product, the top sheet forming at least one vent assembly. Wrapping the masonry product and the top sheet with the packaging film below the vent assembly.
Drinks pouch
A fully sealed pouch containing a drink is provided with a straw within the pouch accessible to allow a user to draw drink from the pouch. The pouch defines a top portion, a bottom portion, and respective side edges interconnecting the top portion and the bottom portion. A corner portion is defined between the top portion and one side edge, the corner portion being openable by a user to access the straw. The pouch forms a closed cavity containing the drink, the cavity being defined by the top portion, the bottom portion, and side edges and by at least one wall defining a front face and a rear face for the cavity. The front and rear faces are connected together in the top portion. The front and rear faces are continuous with each other at, or are connected along, the other of the side edges. The front and rear faces are connected, optionally via a gusset, to provide the bottom portion. The one side edge is formed by a first heat seal connecting the front and rear faces; and a second heat seal connects the front and rear faces and extends in an incomplete fashion from the top portion to the bottom portion, being spaced inboard of the first heat seal. The second heat seal divides the interior of the cavity into major and minor portions interconnected so that drink may flow between them, the minor portion lying between the first and second heat seals, and the straw being located within this minor portion. A number of different ways are described in which the corner portion may be opened along a line of weakness formed in the pouch and extending generally parallel to the bottom portion from the first heat seal to and ending at the second heat seal.
Methods of making vented flexible containers
Methods of making vents in containers made from flexible materials, including forming vent openings in a first flexible material, forming vent stand-offs on a second flexible material, and combining the flexible materials to form a vent passage for the flexible container.
Apparatus and method of making containers
An apparatus is configured to make containers from sheet material. The apparatus includes a supply station for supplying a film having at least one folded portion having three or more film flaps folded and superimposed with respect to each other; a welding station configured to receive the film. The welding station comprises a welding head configured for welding the folded portion of the film and forming a container defining a housing compartment; the welding head comprises a heater made of electrically conductive material whose electrical resistivity, at least in a predetermined temperature range, decreases upon the increase of the temperature of the same electrically conductive material.
