PACKAGING STRUCTURE AND PACKAGING METHOD FOR REFRIGERATORS
The present invention provides a packaging structure and a packaging method for a refrigerator. The packaging structure for a refrigerator comprises a bottom seat supported on a bottom of the refrigerator, a top seat covering a top of the refrigerator, four vertical side edges, and a film layer, wherein the film layer wraps an outer surface of an outline main body formed by the bottom seat, the top seat and the four vertical side edges by means of film shrinking upon heating. The packaging structure and packaging method employ the film which is heated to shrink to form a layer of outer film, the packaging manner of covering the whole refrigerator with paper needn't be employed, and the cost can be saved.
Flat-bottom gusseted bag made from multi-layer sheet
A flat-bottomed bag is formed from a flexible sheet that initially is flat prior to being manipulated to form the bag. The sheet is a laminate of a first web and a second web laminated together by an adhesive layer disposed between the webs. The sheet defines a plurality of serially connected side wall panels collectively defining a vertically extending side wall of the bag, and a plurality of bottom panels respectively connected to the side wall panels at respective fold lines. The bottom panels are folded about the fold lines and are attached together to form a flat bottom wall configured to support the bag in an upright orientation. The adhesive layer is in a partial-coverage pattern that includes adhesive-free regions located along each fold line between each bottom panel and the respective side wall panel connected therewith.
Gusseted flexible container
Flexible containers are provided herein. In some embodiments, the flexible containers include a front panel, a back panel, a bottom panel, and a top panel attached to form a pourable material storage area, wherein the front panel and the top panel include a hole in the front panel and the top panel to form a dispensing system passage, and wherein the dispensing system passage is not in fluid communication with the pourable material storage area. A dispensing system is attached to the top panel between the top panel and the back panel and extends through the dispensing system passage.
Container for foodstuff storage and dispensing
A container and method of manufacture of a container made of a single material is provided. The container includes a base having a base perimeter with a surface, and a wall having an upper edge and a lower edge, the upper edge comprising two upper edge portions, wherein the lower edge is affixed about the entire perimeter surface, and the first upper edge portion is affixed to the second upper edge portion, thereby forming a space to hold foodstuffs. The base stock material is cut and formed into a base with the base perimeter. A seal is applied between the lower edge of the wall and the surface of the base perimeter. Another seal is applied to two vertical end portions of the wall, forming a cup-like container with an internal space. A final seal is applied between two portions of the upper edge of the wall completing the container.
POUCH PROVIDED WITH REINFORCED TUNNEL FOR DRINK SUCTION
The present invention provides a pouch having a liquid accommodation space for storing a liquid material therein, and in the pouch, boundaries of a first sheet material and a second sheet material are bonded to each other to form an upper fusion portion, a lower fusion portion, a first side fusion portion, and a second side fusion portion. In the liquid accommodation space, a dividing fusion portion is formed apart from the first side fusion portion, and a drink suction tunnel is formed between the dividing fusion portion and the first side fusion portion. The drink suction tunnel includes first and second curved portions which are formed by making the first sheet material and the second sheet material protrude outward between the first side fusion portion and the dividing fusion portion, wherein the first and second curved portions are formed by a thermoforming.
PACKAGING BODY
A packaging body configured with a packaging film, in which the outermost layer is a polyethylene-based resin layer and the polyethylene-based resin layer is uniaxially or biaxially stretched.
Heat-shrinkable film, heat shrink label, and package
The invention provides a heat-shrinkable film that has (1) a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 90-140° C.; (2) shrinkage of 12% or less in a main shrinkage direction when treated in glycerin at 80° C. for 10 seconds; (3) shrinkage of 12% or less in a direction orthogonal to the main shrinkage direction when treated in glycerin at 140° C. for 10 seconds; (4) shrinkage of 30%-80% in the main shrinkage direction when treated in glycerin at 140° C. for 10 seconds; (5) a tensile elongation at break of 10% or more both in the main shrinkage direction and the orthogonal direction after aging of 672 hours at 50° C. and 70% RH; and (6) a difference of 5% or less between shrinkage at 140° C. in the main shrinkage direction after aging of 672 hours at 50° C. and 70% RH, and shrinkage at 140° C. in the main shrinkage direction before the aging.
DEHUMIDIFICATION BAG AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a dehumidification bag and a preparation method thereof. The dehumidification bag comprises a bag body including a first side sheet and a second side sheet, the side sheet comprises an air-permeability and/or a composite film, wherein at least all or part of at least one side sheet is an air-permeability film; a moisture-proof layer covers the outside of the air-permeability. The dehumidification bag provided by the present invention provides an air-permeability on the bag body, and adopts heat sealing between the outer surface of the air-permeability layer and the moisture-proof layer, so that the air-permeability and the moisture-proof layer are in close contact without moisture absorption, which effectively prevents damage during transportation and storage. In the process, the air-permeability is in contact with the air in the outer bag and the effect of the dehumidifier becomes poor or invalid; by setting the moisture-proof layer to be tearable, when the buyer uses the dehumidification bag, the moisture-proof layer can be torn off, which is convenient and fast.
