A container of consumer goods includes a rigid outer box and a rigid inner box wherein a pull tab is configured to reseal a pre-cut opening in the inner box. The pull tab includes a cover layer larger than the pre-cut opening. The cover layer can be a piece of bundle wrap with a paper layer of the bundle wrap contacting the consumer goods inside the box. The outer box has a hinged lid permanently attached to a connecting tab of the pull tab whereby opening the hinged lid simultaneously opens the pre-cut opening in the inner box by lifting the pull tab. The connecting tab includes adhesive which is partially deadened to decrease adhesion of the connecting tab to the inner box. The pull tab can also include one or more machine readable markings to enhance automated application of the pull tab to an inner box blank during manufacturing of the container.

A multilayer article having at least one layer of an ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH) resin composition comprising of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, an unmodified ethylene--olefin copolymer and acid modified ethylene--olefin copolymer as described below, which is suitable for use in making (or as) a storage bag for agricultural products, food, drink, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, industrial chemical, detergent products.

A multilayer article having at least one layer of an ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH) resin composition comprising of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, an unmodified ethylene--olefin copolymer and acid modified ethylene--olefin copolymer as described below, which is suitable for use in making (or as) a storage bag for agricultural products, food, drink, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, industrial chemical, detergent products.

An ovenable cooking apparatus for facilitating the cooking of food components while maintaining the separateness thereof may include a first container for holding a first food component, and a second container for holding a second food component. The packaging assembly can also include a storage tray comprising a cavity and an insert sized to provide a cap over the cavity of the storage tray, the insert comprising a slot having a closed central end and an open outer periphery. The shaft of the holder can be non-rotatably retained at the closed central end, wherein the insert defines a flat, generally planar disc comprising at least one of outward projections and flow passages.

An extraction sheet having high machinability in the manufacture of an extraction filter for beverages and an extraction filter using the same and having high handling property is provided. The extraction sheet includes a layer including a meltblown nonwoven fabric that is formed from fibers of a polylactic acid-based resin having a crystallinity of 9.0% or lower and a fiber diameter of 15.0 m or smaller and that has a basis weight of 2.0 to 30.0 g/m2, and a layer including a spunbonded nonwoven fabric that is formed from fibers of a polylactic acid-based resin having a crystallinity of 30.0 to 60.0% and a fiber diameter of 35.0 m or smaller and that has a basis weight of 5.0 to 30.0 g/m2. The extraction sheet has a bending hysteresis of 5.010.sup.3 to 14.510.sup.3 gf.Math.cm/cm.

A package in which a bag formed from a polyethylene-based resin film having a small thickness, more specifically a thickness of 300 m or less is filled with crushed polysilicon (Si chunks) and damage to the bag by the Si chunks is effectively prevented. In a polysilicon package in which the bag 1 formed from a polyethylene-based resin having an average thickness of 300 m or less is filled with the Si chunks 4, the bag 1 has a heat-sealed bonded part 2 at the bottom and is filled with the Si chunks 4 to ensure that the maximum expansion of the bag 1 becomes 5% or less when the bag 1 is held in an upright state with the bottom as a ground contact surface.
