A container comprises a substantially rigid outer container and a readily deformable inner bag, wherein the outer container and the inner bag consist of different thermoplastic plastic materials such that the outer container and the inner bag do not undergo a weld connection with one another, with a container opening and at least one pressure balancing opening in the wall of the outer container for balancing the pressure in the gap between the outer container and the inner bag when the inner bag contracts, wherein integrated into the layer of the inner bag, which is directed towards the outer container, and/or into the layer of the outer container, which is directed towards the inner bag, are microbodies, of a material which does not melt during the manufacture of the container, which produce irregularities on the surface of the layer(s) in which microbodies are imbedded.

A packaging system for goods is provided, comprising a box (1) for holding the goods, the box having four side walls (11a-d), a front face (12) and a rear face (16). The front face comprises a wall provided with front flaps (13a-d) defining a front window (13). The present invention relates to improved manually openable self-venting ovenable packages which include a rigid or semi-rigid tray having a single thermoplastic overwrap comprising a polymeric laminate surrounding the tray and having a front panel and an opposing back panel. The inventive packages also include a continuous seal circumscribing a recessed cavity of the tray which comprises a heat seal formed by heat sealing a portion of the front panel to the peripheral flange of the tray. The packages of the present invention are self-venting whereby a venting region comprising a release coating applied between the inner surface of the front panel and the inner surface of the back panel permits the overwrap to rupture and release steam in response to heat and/or overpressure generated during heating of a food item in a microwave oven. The inventive packages also includes a manual tear opening feature provided by at least one line of weakness in the front panel positioned between the peelable seal and the first side edge of the front panel. The tear opening feature is configured to permit partial or complete removal of the overwrap from the tray.

A beverage container assembly including a first beverage container having a first vessel body that has a first base having a first perimeter and a first side wall connected to the first base, wherein the first side wall includes a connecting member. The first beverage container including a first rim defined on the first side wall distal to the first base. The assembly further including a second beverage container that includes a second vessel body that has a second base having a second perimeter and a second side wall connected to the second base. Disclosed is a method for packaging a plurality of containers for substances for medical, pharmaceutical or cosmetic applications in a packaging structure. The structure has a box-shaped upper part and a box-shaped lower part, forming a box-shaped receptacle in which the containers are accommodated. The plurality of containers are disposed directly on the bottom of the lower part that the containers are supported vertically on the bottom of the lower part, and the upper part is put onto the upper ends of the containers. The positions of the containers on the lower part are secured using side walls that project vertically from the bottom of the lower part and/or of the upper part, and the upper part and/or the lower part is configured and provided in a way that the containers are in direct contact with each other in the box-shaped receptacle and cannot be displaced relative to each other.

In addition, a packaging for a rivastigmine-containing adhesive patch formed from a laminate including an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer film and having a residual oxygen concentration of 10% by volume or less therein is provided.
