VENTED POUR SPOUT
20200270026 · 2020-08-27 ·

A pour spout has a spout section with an elongate tubular body defining a liquid flow channel. The body has a fluted or corrugated configuration rendering the body flexible or bendable. A dispensing orifice is disposed at a dispensing end of the pour spout and an attachment end is disposed at an end of the body opposite the dispensing end. The attachment end has a liquid inlet orifice. A vent section of the pour spot is joined to the attachment end of the body. The vent section includes an air vent that defines an air flow path, which directs air from outside of the pour spout along the air flow path toward a container interior while bypassing the liquid flow channel.

SEAL BOTTLE ASSEMBLY
20200262623 · 2020-08-20 ·

A seal bottle assembly includes a bottle and a cap is removably mounted to the top opening of the bottle to seal the first room. The cap includes a radial hole defined radially therethrough. A switch unit includes a seal part located in the cap, and a control part located outside of the cap. When the control part is pushed toward the seal part, the pressure in the cap and the bottle is the same as that of outside of the bottle assembly so that the cap is removable relative to the bottle. When the control part is pulled away from the seal part and the seal part is moved to seal a communication between the first and second rooms. The pressure in the cap and the bottle is different from that of outside of the bottle assembly so that the cap is not removable relative to the bottle.

PACKAGE AND FILM

A package includes: a film including a crystalline stretched oriented film; and a breaking portion provided in the film and including one or more non-oriented portions formed by heating a part of the crystalline stretched oriented film at a temperature equal to or higher than a melting point of the crystalline stretched oriented film and facing each other with an oriented portion of the crystalline stretched oriented film interposed therebetween.

SYNTHETIC RESIN-MADE MULTILAYER CONTAINER
20200231321 · 2020-07-23 ·

A synthetic resin-made multilayer bottle includes: an outer shell bottle having a shoulder section continuing from an outer opening section, and a body section continuing from the shoulder section; a synthetic resin-made inner container body having a cylindrical inner opening section provided inside the outer opening section of the outer shell bottle, and an inner container main body continuing from the inner opening section, shaped along an inner surface shape of the outer shell bottle, which deforms by an external pressure; and an air passage formed between the outer opening section and the inner opening section and which introduces outside air between the outer shell bottle and the inner container body. The inner circumferential surface of the inner opening section is provided with a small-diameter section having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the open end of the inner opening section.

Hermetic packages with laser scored vent systems

A hermetically sealed package, for example a freezable microwavable package containing a food product, has a sealing film that includes a vent system that is scored by a laser into the package.

Collapsible crate with wood appearance

A collapsible crate includes a base and a plurality of walls pivotably connected to the base. Each of the walls is a single piece of molded plastic defining a plurality of planks having the appearance of wooden planks, such as with molded-in grain texture, knots and irregular edges. The irregular edges may provide gaps between adjacent planks to provide ventilation to the crate. The knots may include knot holes to provide additional ventilation. The planks may include horizontal planks extending between vertical planks. The vertical planks and horizontal planks may include an interior wall from the edges of which extend ribs toward the exterior of the crate.

Moisture-proof storage can
10703551 · 2020-07-07 ·

The present invention includes an inner holder, an outer can, a first check valve and a second check valve. The inner holder includes a storage space. The outer can includes a slidable variable space for the inner holder to slide therein and an air channel for the slidable variable space to communicate with an exterior. The inner holder includes an air hole for the storage space to communicate with the slidable variable space. The first check valve is provided on the air hole and has an airflow direction towards the slidable variable space. The second check valve is provided on the air channel and has an airflow direction towards the exterior. The outer can is slidably moved outwards relative to the inner holder to suck out the air in the storage space and then slidably moved inwards relative to the inner holder to discharge air to the exterior.

BAG

To suppress damage such as the formation of holes and wrinkles in laminated bodies constituting a bag.

A bag having a storage section includes: laminated bodies that include a sealant film positioned on an inner surface of the bag and at least one plastic film positioned on an outer surface side of the sealant film; and a seal section where inner surfaces of one pair of laminated bodies are joined together. The seal section has an outer edge seal part that is positioned along an outer edge of the bag, and a steam-releasing seal part that is positioned closer to a center point side of the storage section than the outer edge seal part and peels off due to an increase in pressure in the storage section. The steam-releasing seal part peels off when the pressure in the storage section is 130 kPa or lower.

SPLASH GUARD FOR VENTED CONTAINERS

The present disclosure provides a splash guard to minimize potential contact between the chemical product and a vent membrane during transport and/or transfer of containers, thereby resulting in preservation of the integrity of a vent membrane during transport and/or transfer of a chemical product. The splash guard is affixed to the fitment and so can be removed from the interior of the container prior to transfer of the chemical product out of the container. The splash guard may be used with fitments of varied shapes, sizes and/or structures, and with containers of varied shapes, sizes and/or structures. The splash guard is easy and inexpensive to manufacture and easy to install, e.g., by snapping onto a ring (lower perimeter) of a fitment. For example, the splash guard covers the entire circumference of the neck of a container, and is formed of a moldable material that provides rigidity.

RECLOSURE SYSTEM AND THE USE OF SUCH RECLOSURE SYSTEM
20200198861 · 2020-06-25 ·

A reclosure system comprising a bottle and a reversible lid. The bottle (100a-100e) comprises a bottle neck (4a-4e) having an axial extension and a mouth (6a-6e) providing access to the interior of the bottle (100a-100e). The bottle neck (4a-4e) comprises a circumferential wall portion (5a-5e) being provided with a first locking means (7a-7e). The reversible lid (200a-200e) is configured to be removably connected to the bottle neck (4a-4e). A first side (21a-21e) of the reversible lid (200a-200f) comprises a collar (23a-23e) comprising a second locking means (27a-27e) configured to selectively allow the reversible lid (200a-200e) to sealingly close off the mouth (6a-6e) of the bottle neck (4a-4e) by the second locking means (27a-27e) engaging the first locking means (7a-7e) of the bottle neck (4a-4e). A second side (22a-22e) of the reversible lid (200a-200e), opposite the first side (21a-21e), comprises a third locking means (30a-30e) configured to selectively engage the bottle neck (4a-4e). In a condition when the third locking means (30a-30e) engages the bottle neck (4a-4e), a through-going venting hole (8a-8e) is defined in an interface between the reversible lid (200a-200e) and the bottle neck (4a-4e), said through-going venting hole (8a-8e) allowing a communication (A; B) between the interior of the bottle (100a-100e) and the ambience.
