SELF-STANDING DRUG-FILLED SYNTHETIC RESIN AMPULE

A drug-filled synthetic resin ampule has an ampule body capable of standing by itself and a drug accommodated inside the ampule body. The ampule body has a tip part positioned at an upper part thereof when the ampule body stands by itself, a hollow part having a drug accommodation portion, and a breakable part provided between a lower portion of the tip part and an upper portion of the hollow part. The tip part has pressing portions, for guiding a pressing force applied thereto respectively in a predetermined direction when an operation of breaking the breakable part is performed. The hollow part has a bottom surface part for allowing the ampule body to stand by itself. The bottom surface part has extension portions extended in predetermined directions (X-direction, Y-direction) in which the pressing force applied to the pressing portions respectively is guided when the operation of pressing the pressing portion is performed to break the breakable part.

The common peripheral seal is composed of a first side seal, an opposing second side seal, a top seal, and an opposing bottom seal. The four seals form a chamber. (B) Each panel includes a bottom face, and the four bottom faces are sealed together to define a bottom section. The flexible container includes (C) an upper spout seal extending from the first side seal to the second side seal. The flexible container also includes (D) a lower spout seal. (E) The upper spout seal and the lower spout seal each include a respective spout seal segment and a respective chamber seal segment. (F) The chamber seal segments define a sealed chamber top. (G) The lower spout seal segment is reciprocally aligned with the upper spout seal segment to form a spout. The spout extends from the sealed chamber top to the second side seal.

A standing-type air-filled packaging apparatus and a manufacturing method therefor are provided. The apparatus includes an inflatable body and an inflation valve. The inflatable body includes multiple inflatable units that are formed by stacking together at least two layers of air chamber films and are connected with each other. The inflatable units are heat-sealed and bent to form an air-filled packaging apparatus provided with at least one accommodating chamber used for accommodating an item to be packaged. The inflation valve is mounted on the inflatable body to inflate the inflatable body. At least one distal side of the solid air-filled packaging apparatus forms an annular support part. When the air-filled packaging apparatus is inflated, the annular support part is suitable for standing on a surrounding surface, thus allowing the packaging apparatus to be in a firm standing state.
