Lid sensor and retrofit system
A non-contact lid sensor is provided for use with an oil field thief hatch and a latch. The sensor is mounted to the latch and comprises a reed switch. The latch pin is removed and embedded with a magnet with the magnet's north-south poles parallel to the pin's length so that the magnet triggers the reed switch. The reed switch is oriented so that it is perpendicular to the lower latch pin and the face of the sensor. The magnet and reed switch are aligned so that when the lid is closed the reed switch never sees the 0 Gauss line of the magnet. When the latch is in a closed position the reed switch allows the current to pass through the sensor and signal that the hatch is closed. The sensor system also allows for a Hall effect sensor to be used.
AIR CARGO CONTAINER AND CURTAIN FOR THE SAME
A curtain closure for the cargo opening of an air cargo container and the air cargo containers that have the same. The curtain closures include a fabric layer, and at least one of an insulating layer or a reinforcing layer attached to the inside of the fabric layer.
Tool holder
A tool holder contains: a connector and a fixer. The connector includes at least one body, and each body has a first side plate and a second side plate. The connector also includes a fixing mount connecting with the first side plate and the second side plate. The first side plate has a first fitting portion, and the second side plate has a second fitting portion. The first fitting portion and the second fitting portion define a fitting zone, and the first side plate further has a first locking projection. Among the first side plate, the second side plate and the fixing mount is defined a cavity. The fixer is housed in the cavity of the connector to limit the first side plate and the second side plate to drive the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion to deform.
Bolt seal
A bolt seal including a pin and a barrel where the barrel has a storage position on the pin and a lock position on the pin, the bolt seal optionally including a restrainer and optionally being packaged in a container in a common orientation with other bolt seals.
Composite Weldable Panel with Embedded Devices
A hybrid composite panel suitable for forming a container includes a wood layer and a fiber-reinforced polymer composite layer having a sensor system embedded therein. The wood layer is laminated plywood that includes at least one of hard and soft wood, solid-sawn tongue-and-groove hardwood planks, and partially laminated solid-sawn hardwood.
Modular Construction Supply Materials Container System and Method of Providing Same
The present invention is a system for transporting and storing construction materials for a job site using a tractor trailer having a plurality of openings, a container having a frame carrying support feet for being received into the tractor trailer openings, a plurality of attachment points carried by the frame on the floor of the interior of the container, a plurality of shelves carried by the interior of the container; and a door carried by the container having a lock.
Collapsible transport and storage container
The invention relates to a plastic collapsible storage and transport container comprising a bottom part (2) with four collapsible sidewalls (3, 4) arranged in an articulated manner on the bottom part (2). Two opposing first sidewalls can be detachably engaged with the two other opposing second sidewalls (4) The container (1) also comprises a cover (5) and means for sealing (56) the cover to the container in a fixed manner. The bottom part (2) formed by a bottom frame (15) and a bottom plate (16) comprises at least two inwardly open and outwardly closed recesses (19) along each frame side (17, 18), said recesses having lateral boreholes extending parallel to the frame sides (17, 18) of the bottom frame (15). Said recesses (19) are used to receive molded parts (21) formed on the first and second sidewalls (3, 4), provided with lugs (22) extending parallel to the lower edges of the sidewalls (3, 4). Said lugs (22) can be inserted into the lateral boreholes (20) of the recess (19) and rotated therein in such a way that they form a hinge-type connection between the bottom part (2) and the sidewalls (3, 4). The cover is formed by two cover halves (5) connected to opposite sidewalls (4) of the container (1) by means of cover hinges (7).
Hard tag applicator
Systems and methods for coupling a tag to an item. The methods comprise: dispensing the tag from a tag feeder of a tag applicator; performing first operations by the tag applicator to mechanically move the tag into a nest of the tag applicator; determining if a given criteria is met based on feedback information received from at least one of a user of the tag applicator and a sensor provided with the tag applicator; and performing second operations by the tag applicator to couple the tag to the item, when a determination is made that the given criteria is met.
Secure storage container
Secure storage carts are disclosed herein and capable of being assembled and disassembled on-site without common disadvantages that affect storage carts designed for on-site assembly. Secure storage carts disclosed herein may be assembled to a reduced tolerance, eliminating potential points of failure in the assembled cart, and giving the user a more solid feel to the operation. Methods for assembling storage carts are also disclosed herein and can include adjusting the extension depth of a door panel hinge. Methods disclosed herein also may include applying a preloading force to the cart frame, to reduce tolerances between components of the storage cart once assembled. Kits are also provided herein containing the components required to assemble the cart on-site, in configurations that may be easily transported to and from the job site when disassembled. Kits also may provide for straightforward and secure assembly of the carts.
Seal In a Lock
The present invention discloses a reusable lock and seal device for secure locking and sealing of containers. The device comprises an oval top with a scanning code, a rotary combination mechanism for code selection, reinforced sealing bars, and a latch for securing the lock to the container. The scanning code allows for easy identification and tracking, while the rotary combination ensures secure access control. The reinforced sealing bars create a tamper-resistant seal, and the latch securely fastens the lock to the container. The reusable nature of the device offers a cost-effective and eco-friendly solution compared to single-use seals. The invention addresses the limitations of traditional locking methods by providing enhanced security, tracking capabilities, and operational efficiency for various industries, including transportation, logistics, supply chain management, and e-commerce.
