SINGLE SERVE FILLABLE CONDIMENT PACKET
A single serve, fillable condiment packet for use by an end user to selectively retain and then dispense a desired substance. The single serve condiment packet includes an elongated packet body that has opposing resealable ends, a permanently sealed top edge, and a permanently sealed bottom edge. In one embodiment, each end of the packet body is defined by a conventional zip lock style closure which is individually operative to be opened by pulling apart the elements of the closure and sealed by pressing together the elements of the closure. The top edge is heat sealed and includes a tear notch adjacent to each end, positioned to allow a user to easily open the packet body at a location adjacent to the respective end.
SEALED SINGLE-DOSE BREAK-OPEN PACKAGE, DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MAKING
A sealed single-dose break-open package including a first sheet of semirigid plastic material; a second sheet of flexible plastic material superimposed on and sealed to the first sheet to define a sealed pocket containing a dose of a product; wherein the first sheet of semirigid plastic material includes at least one substantially straight first incision positioned at a first edge of the first sheet, and at least one shaped incision positioned in a central portion of the first sheet, laterally and at a distance from the straight first incision.
Product marketing magazine rider
A publication and product delivery package is disclosed which permits a variety of products to be packaged and displayed along the binding (or “spine”) of a publication, such as a magazine, or an object of similar size, or in other places alongside such a publication, and delivered to a purchaser of that publication in an attractive, efficient, cost effective way, utilizing standard delivery services such as the United States Postal Service. The publication package allows delivery of products which are otherwise loose, liquid, or fragile to arrive intact, despite the stresses and impacts of such packaging, display, and delivery. The publication package also allows additional high-impact and memorable marketing text and images, which providing exposure of product names and graphics, and coordinated text and images.
Tear-away package for fragrance impregnated wafer
A fragrance compound impregnated porous carrier enclosed within an envelope where a tear initiating feature of the envelope is aligned with a trimmed portion of the porous carrier, to thereby prevent a tear in the envelope from inducing a tear in the porous carrier.
SINGLE DOSE PACKAGE WITH APPLICATOR
A single-dose package designed to allow the application by pressure of a product using the package.
SAMPLER FOR COSMETIC OR FRAGRANCE POWDERY MATERIAL AND METHOD
A sampler for fragrance or cosmetic powdery material such as make up, blush, eyeshadow, and the like. The powder can be dispersed in a liquid such as a fragrance or a volatile solvent before application to a bottom layer. The solvent is removed before a top layer is applied over the sample optionally without an intermediate layer. A peripheral seal such as a repositionable glue or heat-seal, or both, is formed between the top and the bottom layers. The seal is separable by a user pulling on a tab located on one side to expose the face of the bottom and to allow the material to be sampled. The sampler has a slim profile, which can be efficiently manufactured with a roller application process, and is particularly suited for placement in magazines, flyers, newspapers, postcards, and the like.
Pre-loaded bait rodent trap
A rodent trap incorporating a pre-loaded bait of non-artificial fresh food in a pre-sealed container that is covered by a peelable sheeted material such that when setting the trap, an operator will peel off the sheeted material to expose the fresh food bait and then set the trap. The pre-loaded bait container finds utility in bail-type traps as well as adhesive glue traps.
METHOD FOR EMPLOYING CONTAINERS WITH REMOVABLE SAMPLE COMPARTMENTS
The present invention is a method featuring containers for consumable products which have removable sample compartments to facilitate reuse, product returns post-trial, and product resale. The sample compartments are filled with the same product as the main compartment so that consumers may sample the product without damaging a tamper-proof seal on the main compartment. The used sample container may be refilled or replaced with a new sample container. Use of these containers may reduce waste by preserving the product in the main container in a sealed condition. Use of these containers may also minimize the return expense of products sold online by giving the consumer a chance to try the product and return the main container if they are unsatisfied, ultimately reducing the overall the cost per product and reducing the waste of both product and container or container materials.
Sealed single-dose break-open package and relative production method
A sealed single-dose break-open package having: a first sheet of semi-rigid plastic material; a second sheet of flexible plastic material superposed on and sealed to the first sheet to define a sealed pocket that contains a dose of a product; and a weakened zone that is made in a central zone of the first sheet for guiding, after bending of the sealed package, controlled breaking of the first sheet at the weakened zone in such a way as to cause the formation of an outlet opening for the product through the first sheet. The weakened zone comprises at least one incision that is made in a surface of the first sheet and extends along a single line that is open and does not cross itself. The incision comprises a “U”-shaped central part and two lateral parts that are positioned on opposite sides of the central part and connect to the central part.
