Systems, methods, and apparatus are provided for restricting access to articles on a conveyor. The apparatus includes a locking mechanism configured to move via a plurality of actuators, wherein at least two of the actuators move the locking mechanism in differing directions, and also configured to prevent removal of at least one article from the conveyor while in a locking position against the conveyor, wherein at least one of the actuators is configured to move the locking mechanism into the locking position.

A structure for transporting ready-made meals and various kinds of foodstuffs includes a supporting framework, at least one shelf adapted to support the foodstuffs, the at least one shelf (being constrained to a central top portion of the framework with a pendulum suspension device, so that the at least one shelf always maintains a substantially horizontal position regardless of the configuration of the external supporting framework, the symmetry axis of the structure coinciding with the symmetry axis of the pendulum device.

A ceiling-mounted device support includes an engagement portion to be engaged with an attachment portion of a ceiling-mounted device mounted on a ceiling surface of a room with an adapter, and includes a side wall having an open upper end, an open lower end, and an internal space, and a support portion having two ends connected to the side wall and extending through the space. The engagement portion is to be engaged with the attachment portion, and the support portion is supportable with a palm and grippable with digits of a hand.

A lift assist and transfer assembly for lifting and moving a component through a travel distance is described. The assembly includes an overhead rail mounted to a ceiling of a work environment. The rail has a first end and a second end, corresponding to a loading area and a work area defining the travel distance. A carriage is slidably attached to the rail for supporting the component and a pneumatic cylinder element at the second end of the rail is attached an overhead fixture of the ceiling. The pneumatic cylinder element is biased into a retracted position and extends to an extended position upon actuation to move the second end of the rail downward. The carriage slides along the rail from the first end to the second end upon actuation of the cylinder to displace the second end of the rail such that the rail has a downward slope.

A roller track includes a base, parallel guides, roller support bars placed into their respective guides, and a plurality of rollers removably disposed between the roller support bars. The roller support bars preferably are removably secured to the base via the respective guides which are affixed to the base. The base also can be provided with connecting elements sidewalls thereof such that a plurality of bases of roller tracks can be connected laterally to accommodate any width of shelf or display planogram. Thus, the roller tracks can be used either separately roller tracks or as a continuous mat (i.e. a plurality of roller tracks affixed to adjacent roller tracks). Additionally, dividers can be removably affixed to each roller track via securing members comprising an upper body portion formed via a living hinge and at least one lower connector that removably connects the securing member to the roller track.

A method and system for fulfilling customer orders having a data base that is adapted to store a plurality of customer orders and identity of warehouse inventory items and return inventory items that make up each of the customer orders. Some of the orders are single item orders with only one inventory item assigned to that order. Some of the orders are multiple item orders with multiple inventory items assigned to that order. Returned items that are processed and determined to be acceptable to be re-distributed are re-introduced into the inventory data base and are available to be assigned to an order. Warehouse inventory and return inventory are maintained independent of each other to reduce redundant operations. The order fulfilment system retrieves items from either or both of the warehouse inventory and return inventory to fulfil customer orders. The order fulfilment system may utilizes human associates or robot associates.

A photon cold gel includes a cold gel body, wherein a non-woven fabric is arranged at the top of the cold gel body. A plurality of medicine storing cavities is formed under the cold gel body. Medicine bags are separately and fixedly arranged in each of the medicine storing cavities. The presently disclosed subject matter is directed to a device that can be used to lift and/or position a remote-controlled (RC) aircraft as needed by a user (e.g., into/out of a transport vehicle). The device includes a handle that allows the user to grip and hold the device. The handle is operably connected to an arm that comprises an angled portion and a connector portion. The angled portion is angled to accommodate the canopy of an associated aircraft. The connector portion allows joining of the arm to an extender. The extender passes through the central portion of the aircraft to allow the user to lift and/or position the aircraft as desired.
