System and method for improved fixation of flats sequencing system linear actuator
A system of mitigating force in a mechanical system, the system comprising a frame member, a first rail connected to the frame member, a second rail connected to the frame member and extending along the frame member in parallel to the first rail, an assembly movably engaging the first and second rails, and a first bracket located between the first and second rails, with at least one first bracket attachment secured to the frame member, the first bracket sharing an upper edge with a lower edge of the first rail, such that a downward force applied on the first rail is distributed to the first bracket and the frame member via the at least one first bracket attachment.
Feeder and method for feeding components into an assembly line
A system for presenting isolated components to an assembly line over a plurality of cycles includes a container configured to direct components towards a central axis. An elongated pedestal within the container has ribs which define an upper surface and a plurality of channels. The pedestal is reciprocally mounted to move along the central axis, and isolates components during each cycle. The isolated components are transferred to an assembly line. The number of isolated components of each cycle is measured and the value stored. A threshold value is calculated based on a number of stored values. A running average of the quantity of isolated components for a number of cycles can then be compared to the threshold to determine when to refill the component container.
Spout holding device, spout supply mechanism, and spout seal machine
A spout holding device for holding a spout part having a communication hole, includes an elastic part capable of elastically deforming in a direction orthogonal to a first direction when compressive force or tensile force is applied to the elastic part in the first direction, wherein the elastic part applies elastic force to the spout part in three or more different directions orthogonal to the first direction to hold the spout part.
Sheet Product Supplying Apparatus
A first sheet product 1 is gripped between an additional conveyor 2 and a feeding conveyor 3 at a downstream end of the additional conveyor 2. Subsequently, subsequent sheet products 1 are moved back by the feeding conveyor 3 to he separated from the first sheet product 1. Subsequently, the first sheet product 1 is supplied by the additional conveyor 2.
Apparatus for the Manufacture of Battery Components
An apparatus for separating battery plates comprising a work surface for receiving a stack of battery plates, and an alignment mechanism for aligning the battery plates on the work surface. The work surface is movable between a first position in which it is angled with respect to a horizontal plane and a second position in which it is substantially aligned with the horizontal plane. When the work surface moves between the first and second position adjacent battery plates of the stack are displaced relative to each other.

AUTOMATED TRAYING OF FINISHED MAIL
The present invention provides automated systems and methods of loading finished mail within the trays for subsequent processing. The systems and methods of the present invention result in economic and operational efficiency to increase the process of loading the mail in the trays.
DEVICE FOR REPLACING A PALLET CARRYING A LOAD WITH A REPLACEMENT PALLET
A device for replacing a pallet carrying a load includes first and second store elements (3, 7); an entrance element (11) between the first and second store elements; and a translating element (17) provided with a first seating (19) in the first store element and a second seating (21) in the entrance element for respectively receiving a replacement pallet and an original pallet wherein such translating element (17) is moved parallelly to itself between a first extreme condition (I) in which the first seating (19) and the second seating (21) are respectively placed in correspondence with the base (5) of the first store element (3) and with the base (6) of the entrance element (11) and a second extreme condition (F) in which the first (19) and second (21) seatings are respectively placed over the bases (6, 9) of the entrance element (11) and the second store element (7).
De-stacking device for de-stacking layers of transport pallets with or without intermediary layers
A de-stacking device for layer de-stacking stacking layers from standard transport pallets which include a multi-layer stack of stacking layers arranged on top of each other, wherein an optional bending stiff spacer is arranged under each of the stacking layers, wherein the stacking layers are formed by a plurality of stable standing transport goods that are stackable and arranged adjacent to each other, the de-stacking device including a placement and separation table for a respective stacking layer that is removed from the stack of the transport pallet and includes or does not include the optional spacer; a transfer device for transferring the respective stacking layer that includes or does not include the optional spacer from the stack of the transport pallet onto the placement and separation table, wherein the placement and separation table includes a fixation device for the optional spacer.
Method and apparatus for dosing products
Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for dosing products, a predefined amount of which is fed to a package. The dosed amount is defined by opening and closing at least one valve (1). A sleeve-type blocking element (4, 5) is arranged in a housing (3) of said valve (1). By placing said at least one blocking element (4, 5) in a manner that can be controlled or regulated, at least one recess (9, 10) located in the zone of lateral surfaces (7, 8) of the blocking element (4, 5) is disposed in such a way as to create an open or closed position and define a cross-section of an outlet 12). Preferably, the blocking elements (4, 5) are coaxially arranged relative to one another.
