WORKPIECE PROCESSING APPARATUS
A workpiece processing apparatus that prevents a processing capability of a processing apparatus from deteriorating due to a peeling unit that peels a protective sheet from a workpiece. A workpiece processing apparatus includes an affixing unit that affixes a dicing tape to a workpiece and a dicing frame, and a plurality of peeling units that peel a protective sheet previously affixed to the workpiece from the workpiece integrated with the dicing frame via the dicing tape.

SHEET RELEASE APPARATUS
A sheet release apparatus that stably releases a protective sheet from an adherend without damaging the adherend. A sheet release apparatus includes a conveyance table that is movable in a predetermined movement direction with an adherend held therein and a heat stamp that bonds a release tape to a protective sheet, in which the heat stamp includes a plurality of stamp heads that each contact the release tape to press the release tape toward the protective sheet.
Apparatus and method for the making of pressure-sensitive labels
Apparatus and method for the making of a pressure-sensitive adhesive stock for labels using a label production line, are disclosed. The stock comprises a first layer of facestock material configured to be die-cut to form the stock of labels surrounded by a matrix, the first layer being backed by a layer of pressure-sensitive adhesive, which in turn is covered by a release liner. 5 The apparatus and method allow the matrix of the facestock to be peeled-off from the release liner on the label production line without stopping the label production line by merely slowing down the label production line. A pressure-sensitive adhesive stock free of the matrix of the facestock is therefore produced without lowering production yields.

Apparatus of supporting debonding and method for debonding using the same
A debonding support device includes a suction plate including a support region for supporting a glass assembly, the support region including at least two suction regions applying different suction forces per unit area, the suction regions including a debonding initiation portion suction region for sucking a debonding initiation portion at which debonding of the glass assembly is to be initiated, the debonding initiation portion suction region applying the strongest of the different suction forces per unit area; a vacuum pump connected to the suction plate to provide a vacuum pressure for the suction plate, and a controller.

Label printer
A separation unit (10) of a label printer includes a metal nip roller shaft (11), a resin nip roller (12) disposed at a center part of the nip roller shaft and is supported so as to be rotatable around the nip roller shaft, and resin supporters (13) that support both ends of the nip roller shaft. The separation unit (10) is attached to the body case (2) to be relatively movable between the normal ejection position and the separation ejection position. Each of the pair of supporters has a part protruding toward the nip roller, and this part is a roller holder (13d) to insert an end of the nip roller shaft. The roller holder and the supporter are integrally formed for enhanced strength of the supporter.

PEELING BAR FOR PEELING POLARIZING FILM FROM PANEL, PEELING APPARATUS AND PEELING METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a peeling bar, apparatus, and method for peeling a polarizing film from a panel. This invention can minimize friction between the peeling bar and the polarizing film since the peeled polarizing film is in contact with a front part of the peeling bar. Also, in order to equalize tension applied to the polarizing film in a peeling process, this invention makes both ends of the polarizing film closely adhere to the peeling bar.
According to this invention, fracture of the polarizing film is prevented, and thereby the polarizing film can be stably peeled from the panel without fracture.
