Component supply device and cover tape peeling method
A component supply device supplies a component accommodated in a carrier tape including a base tape and a cover tape pasted on the base tape and having a length to a forward end thereof that is longer than that of the base tape. The component supply device includes a tape conveying part, a turning over correcting part, and a peeling part. The tape conveying part conveys the carrier tape along a conveyance path. The turning over correcting part moves the forward end of the cover tape folded to a side opposite to a side of a conveyance direction, to a position located ahead of a forward end of the base tape in the conveyance direction in the conveyance path. The peeling part captures the forward end of the cover tape, and peels off the cover tape from the base tape.
Notching System for Electrode Sheet
A notching system for an electrode sheet coated with slurry on a surface of a collector includes: an electrode unwinder from which the electrode sheet is unwound; a film unwinder from which a protective film stacked on the electrode sheet is unwound; a notching device configured to notch a non-coating portion, which is a portion that is not coated with the slurry on the electrode sheet, when provided in the state in which the protective film is stacked on the electrode sheet; and a rewinder configured to wind the notched electrode sheet.
Accordingly, the problem such as the cutting and tearing of the electrode sheet and the problem of causing the scratches due to the separation of the graphite powder from the surface of the electrode sheet may be solved.
Notching System for Electrode Sheet
A notching system for an electrode sheet coated with slurry on a surface of a collector includes: an electrode unwinder from which the electrode sheet is unwound; a film unwinder from which a protective film stacked on the electrode sheet is unwound; a notching device configured to notch a non-coating portion, which is a portion that is not coated with the slurry on the electrode sheet, when provided in the state in which the protective film is stacked on the electrode sheet; and a rewinder configured to wind the notched electrode sheet.
Accordingly, the problem such as the cutting and tearing of the electrode sheet and the problem of causing the scratches due to the separation of the graphite powder from the surface of the electrode sheet may be solved.
Sheet processing apparatus
A sheet processing apparatus includes a sheet processing unit, a sheet feeder, and a unit cover. The sheet processing unit inserts an inner sheet into a two-ply sheet in which two sheets are overlapped and bonded together at one ends as a bonding portion. The sheet feeder is disposed above the sheet processing unit and is movable to open to expose the sheet processing unit. The sheet feeder feeds one of the two-ply sheet and the inner sheet. The unit cover is disposed above the sheet processing unit and opens to expose the sheet processing unit.

The contact cutter includes a contact reel holder for holding therein a bandoleer comprising a plurality of stamped contacts; at least an inlet roller comprising an inlet pin, a turn roller, and a receiving roller mechanically connected by at least one motor drive belt to a drive motor, wherein the inlet roller is capable of receiving an end portion of the bandoleer onto the inlet pin for loading; a cutter between the turn roller and the receiving roller that is capable of cutting ones of the stamped contacts from the bandoleer for picking by a pick and place robot; and a comb capable of combing at least the bandoleer and cut and partially cut ones of the stamped contacts.
