OPERATING DEVICE FOR OPERATING TEXTILE MACHINES AND METHOD FOR OPERATING TEXTILE MACHINES
A first operating device for operation of a textile machine includes a basic mode function and an expert mode function for operation of the textile machine by a user. A switching function allows the user to switch between the basic and expert mode functions. A remote transmitting function provides for communication to a second operating device assigned to a remote textile machine so that the user at the textile machine can operate the remote textile machine in the basic or expert mode via the first and second operating devices. A remote receiving function provides for communication from the second operating device assigned to the remote textile machine so that a remote user can operate the textile machine in the basic mode or expert mode from the remote textile machine via the second and first operating devices.
METHOD FOR REDUCING ERRORS IN TEXTILE MACHINES
The invention relates to a method for reducing errors in textile machines via training management of the operating personnel. In order to provide a method and a system which reduce the number of errors occurring and thereby guarantee the desired product quality, as well as reducing costly repairs and long downtimes of the textile machine and thereby lowering operating costs and
increasing efficiency and operating safety, according to the invention, as method steps, the method first involves error detection at at least one textile machine, followed by detecting error information when an error occurs, wherein the detected error or error information is subsequently aligned with available instructional and/or training content and/or already known error information, and an item of instructional and/or training content relating to a possible cause of the error is identified for future error prevention, and finally the instructional and/or training content for error-specific training or training prompted by the error is delivered to the operating personnel in order to prevent a future occurrence of the error, improve the operating competency of the operating personnel and/or increase the operating safety.

Method for determining an electrical power or an electrical energy consumption of a spinning machine or winder and a spinning machine or winder operating in accordance with the method
A method determines an electrical characteristic at a spinning machine or winder, wherein the electrical characteristic is one or both of electrical power and electrical energy consumption. The spinning machine or winder includes a plurality of adjacently arranged workstations that each include an electrical working element. A total electrical characteristic for the spinning machine or winder is measured with a central measuring unit. The workstations are subdivided into at least two production groups that operated independently of one another. A distribution key is defined and used to calculate the electrical characteristic specific to each of the production groups by allocating the total electrical characteristic to the production groups with the distribution key. The specific production group electrical characteristics are displayed at the spinning machine or winder and transmitted to a computer that is at a higher control level than the spinning machine or winder.
Automatic ring spinning system and method for automatically operating same
Automatic operation of a ring spinning system containing a ring spinning machine having spinning positions and a winding machine having winding positions. Yarn is spun at one of the spinning positions and wound up to a cop. Values of a parameter characteristic for the operation of the spinning position are determined during the winding of the cop and stored as spinning data that is assigned to the cop. The spinning data assigned to the cop is taken into account when deciding whether to feed the cop after it has been set down to one of the winding positions. The assignment is based on an identification of a point in time of winding of the cop and an identification of the spinning position at which the cop was wound.
AUTOMATIC WIRE SPOOLING CONTROL
Systems and methods can be used in connection with a wellbore environment for automatically controlling wire being spooled around a drum. A system comprising a spooler, a sensor assembly, and a communication link can be used to adjust the position of wire being spooled around a drum. A first motor can control the spooler and a second motor can control the sensor assembly. The spooler can be positioned to control spooling of wire around the drum as the drum rotates to reel in wire. The sensor assembly can be configured to detect a distance between the sensor assembly and the wire being spooled. A communication link can communicatively couple the sensor assembly with the first motor and the second motor to control movement of the spooler and the sensor assembly relative to the drum based on the distance detected by the sensor assembly.
