APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF AN ELECTRIC SUBMERSIBLE PUMP POWER CABLE

An apparatus, system and method for treatment of an electric submersible pump (ESP) power cable is described. A method of treating an ESP power cable includes wrapping an ESP power cable around a reel as the cable is removed from a production well to form cable layers, supporting the cable-wrapped reel horizontally above a tank, the reel supported on a shaft extending between actuatable support members, pumping treatment fluid into the tank, lowering the cable-wrapped reel partially into the tank by activating the actuatable support members such that a lower portion of the reel is submerged in the treatment fluid and an inner diameter of the cable-wrapped reel is fluidly coupled to the treatment fluid, rotating the reel around its central axis such that each portion of an outermost layer of the cable is submerged in the treatment fluid at least once to coat the ESP power cable.

Systems and methods for spooling and unspooling linear material

Apparatus and methods are disclosed related to spooling and unspooling linear material. Such apparatus and methods can assist the user in deploying and/or retracting linear material.

Filament dispenser

A filament dispenser includes a spool, hub, and an axle. The axle is laterally movable from a first position to a second position. The axle is independently rotatable with respect to the spool. In the extended position, the axle may be attached to a second spool, forming an assembly of operably-coupled filament dispensers. In the assembly, the connected spools are independently rotatable.

High speed winch rewind adapter

This disclosure describes a high speed winch rewind adapter for quickly rewinding a loading strap. In one implementation, the adapter includes a body having a volume sized to at least partially surround an annular end of the winch. The annular end is coupled with a ratchet mechanism of the winch and having at least one hole for receiving a winch bar. A drive connector is positioned both within the volume of the body and external to the volume of the body, the drive connector external to the volume of the body having an external profile to receive a torque, and the drive connector within the volume of the body insertable into the annular end of the winch for alignment to the axis of rotation. A coupling mechanism synchronizes the drive connector to the annular end such that both the drive connector and the annular end rotate simultaneously.

An inlet conduit assembly for a hose reel assembly includes a clip assembly that is structured to be accessible from the outer side of the frame assembly. The clip assembly is structured to be operated without the use of tools. The clip assembly, essentially, prevents the inlet conduit assembly from being moved axially once installed. In this configuration, a user may quickly and easily actuate the clip assembly to release or engage the inlet conduit assembly. Thus, a user may quickly and easily remove the inlet conduit assembly.

Rapid multi-service terminal

A method for installing a drop terminal includes providing a drop terminal assembly including a drop terminal having an exterior surface, a first cable spool engaged to the exterior surface of the drop terminal, a second cable spool engaged to the first cable spool and a fiber optic cable having a first length disposed about the first cable spool and a second length disposed about the second cable spool. The drop terminal assembly is rotated to deploy the second length of fiber optic cable. The second cable spool is removed. The first length of fiber optic cable is bundled. The bundled first length of fiber optic cable is removed from the first cable spool. The drop terminal is removed from the first cable spool. The drop terminal is mounted to a structure.
