Adjustable length tensioning member
An adjustable length tensioning member that comprises a rope, a first connector on the rope, a second connector on the rope, and a plurality of connection points between the first connector and the second connector is disclosed. The plurality of connection points have a diameter greater than a diameter of the rope. The rope may be passed through a socket coupled to a first crane component and one of the connectors on the rope is coupled to a second crane component. One of the plurality of connection points engages a seat on the socket to tension the rope between the socket and the connection point.
Modular, adaptable and foldable apparatus for a climbing crane
Crane-support apparatus for mounting a tower crane onto a side of a high-rise building under construction, enabling ascending of the tower crane according to the upwards progression of the building construction, including a chassis configured to support a climbing frame of the tower crane mast, and at least one reinforcement element. A distal end of the chassis is hingedly attached to the distal end of the reinforcement element. In a deployed, support mode, the chassis is aligned in a horizontal position, and the reinforcement element is aligned in a slanted position. In a folded, mobilization mode, the chassis and the reinforcement element are configured to be pulled by at least one lifting cable at the distal end of the chassis and the reinforcement element with the chassis and the reinforcement element hingedly folded and aligned in vertical positions. A method for using the apparatus in both modes is also provided.
Telescopic Arm For A Refuse Vehicle
A telescopic side arm for a refuse vehicle has an inner and outer boom. A mounting assembly secures the outer boom with a refuse vehicle. A plurality of bearing pads is positioned between the inner and outer booms to provide smooth movement between the inner and outer booms. A plurality of shims is associated with the bearing pads to assure a tight fit between the inner and outer booms.
CRANE HYDRAULIC CONTROL SYSTEM AND CRANE
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of cranes, and in particular to a crane hydraulic control system and a crane. The crane hydraulic control system of the present disclosure includes a prime mover, an execution control mechanism, a hydraulic baking device, a running energy recycling device and an operation energy recycling device. By means of cooperation among the operation energy recycling device, the energy recovery device and the hydraulic energy conversion device, kinetic energy in a driving braking process of the crane and the potential energy in a load lowing process are respectively converted into hydraulic energy for recovery, storage and reuse, therefore, the present disclosure can achieve the recovery of the superstructure energy and the lower vehicle energy of the crane so as to effectively reduce the energy waste.
Material handler tower
A tower for a material handler includes a housing surrounding an interior space. The tower has an interior mounting system including a base plate through which a plurality of interior mount openings pass. The interior mount openings are located at positions of the base plate that are interior of the housing. In some embodiments, the tower is part of a material handler that also includes two stabilizers located on opposite sides of the tower, a platform located above the tower, and a boom projecting away from the platform.
Davit arm
In some embodiments, a davit arm system comprises a davit body arranged to engage a support and an arm supported by the davit body. The arm is moveable along a length of the davit body. In some embodiments, a bearing is oriented between said arm and said davit body. In some embodiments, a bearing a polymer sleeve. In some embodiments, a bearing comprises rollers. In some embodiments, a bearing comprises ball transfer bearings. In some embodiments, a bearing excludes moving parts.

HYDRAULIC CYLINDER, HYDRAULIC SYSTEM, AND CRANE
The present disclosure relates to a hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic system and a crane. The hydraulic cylinder comprises: a cylinder body; a first piston disposed in the cylinder body and capable of moving along an axial direction of the cylinder body; and a piston rod with one end connected on the first piston and extending along the axial direction of the cylinder body, wherein the cylinder body has a first cavity positioned on one side of the first piston facing away from the piston rod, the first cavity is capable of introducing and discharging hydraulic fluid, the piston rod has a second cavity extending along the axial direction of the cylinder body; and the hydraulic cylinder further comprises a second piston capable of moving along the second cavity, the second piston is fixed relative to the cylinder body, the second cavity comprises an accommodating cavity positioned on one side of the second piston facing the first piston, when the first cavity introduces the hydraulic fluid, the accommodating cavity can discharge the hydraulic fluid, and when the first cavity discharges the hydraulic fluid, the accommodating cavity can introduce the hydraulic fluid. The technical solution of the present application improves the problem that the amount of change of the hydraulic fluid in the hydraulic cylinder is large in the moving process of the piston rod in the related art.
HYDRAULIC CRANE
A hydraulic crane comprising: a rotatable column (7); a crane boom system comprising a first crane boom (11) connected to the column; and an electronic control device for controlling the movement of the column and the crane boom system on of the basis of control signals from a manoeuvring unit and a calculation model for boom tip control. The control device is configured to switch from a first control mode into a second control mode when the first crane boom is about to interfere with an obstacle. In the first control mode, the control device controls the crane boom movements in accordance with an ordinary control strategy. In the second control mode, the control device makes the load suspension point (P) of the crane boom system move along the trajectory defined by said control signals while controlling the crane boom movements in accordance with an auxiliary control strategy in which the first crane boom is prevented from interfering with the obstacle.
Substrate transport vacuum platform
A transport apparatus including a robot drive; an arm having a first end connected to the robot drive; and at least one end effector connected to a second end of the arm. The arm includes at least three links connected in series to form the arm. The arm is configured to be moved by the robot drive to move the at least one end effector among load locks and two or more sets of opposing process modules.
