20240409377 · 2024-12-12 ·

A portable winch device is disclosed, which is a winch with its own power source so that it can be used at any time. The portable winch device comprises a base component that is configured in a rectangular box which encloses the winch component. The winch component is a 12v electric winch, powered by a removable battery. The removable battery sits inside the base component with an adapter to go from the battery to the winch control box for power. Further, soft shackles and/or carabiners are positioned to come out the back of the base component and are attached to the winch component inside the base component. The soft shackles are used to anchor the base component in place. Further, a small remote is used to control the device.

FRAME FOR TRENCHLESS PIPE REPLACEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD

A pipe replacement system and cable guide frame are shown. Configurations are shown that include plurality of guide pulleys attached to the cable guide frame to define a curved path between a pipe to be replaced and a cable pulling system. Configurations are shown where a pipe breaking tool is pulled over the plurality of guide pulleys for ease of removal after a replacement operation. Configurations are also shown that include a stationary splitter adjacent to the cable pulling system to prevent jamming of the cable pulling system.

A rope control device a main body defining a central opening and first and second side portions, projections extending from the main body, an end recess defined by the first and second projections, an end friction surface formed at a juncture of a projection and the main body, and a bar. With the bar in a first position, the first rope portion is extended through the central opening and at least partly around the bar. With the bar in a second position, the main body and the bar define first and second opening portions of the central opening and the first rope portion is extended through the first and second opening portions and at least partly around the bar. The second rope portion is arranged within the first end recess such that, when the rope is under tension, the second rope portion frictionally engages the first end friction surface.

Modular Enclosure Transfer System Including Rollers
20170254066 · 2017-09-07 ·

A crane-free system for moving a pre-fabricated enclosure includes a beam system and a system of coordinated self-contained hydraulic jack units, which in conjunction allow a pre-fabricated enclosure to be lifted off a semi-trailer, positioned by rolling on the system of beams above a pre-laid foundation, and lowered to the foundation. Optionally, the sliding beam system may be rotated using rotatable rollers to allow the pre-fabricated enclosure to move in a rotated direction. Optionally, a centering device and hydraulic ram may be used to center the pre-fabricated enclosure on the foundation.

Method for regulating the speed of a clamping and lifting apparatus

A method for regulating the speed of a clamping and lifting device (1) with at least one guide cylinder (2). A hydraulic fluid can flow in and out through in each case one opening in at least two cylinder chambers of the at least one guide cylinder (2) via at least one pump device and via at least one valve device per cylinder chamber for lifting and lowering loads (16). The degree of opening of the valve of the at least one valve device in each case can be changed as a function of the working direction of the device (1), a setpoint speed (10) and the current speed (11) of the at least one guide cylinder (2).

Portable crane formed of composite members

A portable crane formed of composite members. A composite mast is coupled to a composite boom. A boom end housing removably couples at a top of the mast and includes an enclosure. A first end of the boom couples within the boom end housing. A boom pivot couples to the boom end housing and couples the boom to the mast. An angle adjuster releasably secures the boom at a desired angle relative to the mast. In implementations an end cap is included at a second end of the boom, coupled to a sheave with a pin, the end cap covering a terminal end of a second end of the boom and extending along both sides of a slot in an upper surface of the second end and along a portion of a first side of the second end and along a portion of a second side of the second end.
