SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR USE IN COORDINATING BOOM MOTION OF A CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
A construction machine includes a boom and a control system. The control system is configured to receive at least a first motion command for repositioning the boom when the boom is deployed. In response to receiving the first motion command, the control system is also configured to reposition the boom in one of i) a substantially vertical path between a first position and a second position, or ii) a substantially horizontal path between the first position and the second position. As a result, the control system facilitates motion of the boom between the first position and the second position along a substantially linear, non-arcuate, path.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TENSIONING A STRAP
The invention relates to a method and to a device for implementing the method for tensioning an inextensible or substantially inextensible longitudinal strap (12) comprising a distal end portion (15) and a proximal end portion (11), each end portion being respectively fixed to a corresponding attachment point (13, 16). The method is characterized in that a cycle (2) of successive transverse pressure applications is exerted on the strap (12), comprising a first transverse pressure application (23) on a first portion (20) of die strap then a second (24) and a third (25) transverse pressure application on a second (21) and a third (22) portion of the strap, respectively.

Jack pad device and method for jacking an aircraft
A jack pad device adapted to transfer loads between an aircraft and a jack device for jacking the aircraft, and a method for jacking an aircraft are provided. In one non-limiting example, the jack pad device includes a jack pad body. A jack engagement portion extends from the jack pad body and is configured to engage the jack device. A first coupler is attached to the jack pad body and is configured to couple to the aircraft to hold the jack pad device to the aircraft.
ELECTRIC LIFTING TYPE AERIAL WORK PLATFORM
The present disclosure provides an electric lifting type aerial work platform. A column is fixed on a platform support and can move with the platform support; a workbench is connected with the column, the workbench can be lifted, and carries operators; a drive mechanism drives the column to lift. The column includes at least three sleeves sleeved in sequence, and the workbench is connected with the outer sleeve. The driving mechanism includes a first motor, a reducer, a brake and a first push rod; the first motor drives the outer sleeve to move via the push rod. Each of the sleeve is provided with a roller provided with a chain, and both ends of the chain are connected to two sleeves that are respectively located outside and inside of the sleeve where the roller corresponding to the chain is provided.
