The device comprises an enclosure under an inert atmosphere, provided with an inlet port comprising receiving means, into which inlet port the neck of the bottles is fitted, and an outlet port through which the hermetically sealed containers are evacuated. The device contains an opening station for opening the bottles fitted into the receiving means, a collection vessel that collects the liquid flowing out of the bottles, a filling station for filling the containers from the collection vessel, and a sealing station for hermetically sealing the containers. In the method, the steps of opening and emptying the bottles, and of filling and hermetically sealing the containers, are all carried out under an inert atmosphere.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TRANSFERRING FLUIDS
20180237287 · 2018-08-23 ·

A method and device for transferring viscous fluid between bottles includes an upper section for receiving and engaging a first bottle to be emptied in an inverted orientation, and a lower section having a polyhedral prism exterior profile of smaller transverse section adapted to be received and engaged in the neck of a second bottle to receive the viscous fluid. An air flow exhaust path is provided between the upper section and the second bottle. A plurality of air passages conduct displaced air from the interior of the second bottle to the exhaust path, each configured with a circular segment cross-section defined between a respective face of the polyhedral prism and a respective arcuate section of the neck of the second bottle facing and spaced from that face. The upper and lower sections are configured to engage differently sized and configured bottle necks.

The invention relates to an assembly (1) which includes a sealing-diffusing gasket (2) provided with a diffusion opening, intended for being clamped resiliently around the neck (5) of the bottle (3) and for sealing the mouth (7) of the bottle. The assembly also includes a fast portion (8) forming a hand grip, secured to the sealing-diffusing gasket (2), and including first hand-gripping means of the bottle (6) and first nesting means (8). The assembly also comprises a second portion (12) forming a hand grip and provided with second nesting means (12) suitable for nesting with the first nesting means (8) and second hand-gripping means (16) secured to the second nesting means (12). The assembly makes it possible to produce a jet of effervescent liquid of a selected size, duration and distance, by a user agitating the first and/or second hand grip portions (6 and 16) thus nested inside one another.

The bottle transfer coupling device is adapted for use with a plurality of containers. The bottle transfer coupling device is a device that transfers the contents of a first container selected from the plurality of containers to a second container selected from the plurality of containers. The bottle transfer coupling device transports the contents of the first selected container to the second selected container using a sealed transport mechanism that minimizes the loss of the contents of the first container or the second container during the transfer process. The bottle transfer coupling device comprises a first funnel, a second funnel, and a coupling pipe. The coupling pipe attaches the first funnel to the second funnel to create a fluid bearing channel between the first funnel and the second funnel such that fluids from the first container will be transported to the second container.

The present invention relates to a method for filling a fluid into a container without using measuring means and to a filling apparatus therefor which comprises an attachment having a predetermined volume V.sub.A, said attachment comprising a valve attachment which has a gas valve and a liquid valve with a valve seat in a housing. Said valve seat surrounds a displacement element that can be moved along the longitudinal axis relative to the housing, and forms an annular gap. According to said method, the attachment is tightly placed onto a container (1) while the displacement element is inserted into the container (1). When the liquid valve (5) is opened, the filling fluid flows into the nominal volume V.sub.N of the container (1), and said nominal volume is flooded with the filling fluid; the liquid valve is then closed. The displacement element is withdrawn from the container (1) and the flooded remaining volumes top up the contents in the container (1), the volumina V.sub.VA and V.sub.FV equaling the volume V.sub.Rohr of a portion of the displacement element in the flooded portion so that identical containers (1) are filled with identical fill levels.
