Device for filling a receptacle
A device for filling a receptacle (1) with a liquid, especially a drinking liquid, comprises a balloon-type body (4) which can be introduced into an opening (3) in the receptacle (1) and can be filled and inflated in such a way that the balloon-type body (4) rests against the inner surface of the inflated, the balloon-type body (4) is folded about the circumference in order to increase the size of the circumferential line of the balloon-type body (4) compared to a simple circle.
ASSEMBLY FOR EJECTING THE CONTENTS OF A BOTTLE CONTAINING AN EFFERVESCENT LIQUID SUCH AS CHAMPAGNE AND A SEALING-DIFFUSING GASKET FOR SAID ASSEMBLY
The invention relates to an assembly (1) which includes a sealing-diffusing gasket (2) provided with a diffusion opening, intended for being clamped resiliently around the neck (5) of the bottle (3) and for sealing the mouth (7) of the bottle. The assembly also includes a fast portion (8) forming a hand grip, secured to the sealing-diffusing gasket (2), and including first hand-gripping means of the bottle (6) and first nesting means (8). The assembly also comprises a second portion (12) forming a hand grip and provided with second nesting means (12) suitable for nesting with the first nesting means (8) and second hand-gripping means (16) secured to the second nesting means (12). The assembly makes it possible to produce a jet of effervescent liquid of a selected size, duration and distance, by a user agitating the first and/or second hand grip portions (6 and 16) thus nested inside one another.

PUNCTURING DEVICE FOR AEROSOL CONTAINERS
A puncturing device for pressurized containers comprises an elongated housing member defining an elongated cavity with openings at first and second ends thereof for receiving an inverted pressurized container at the first end, the housing member including an attachment member for securing the second end of the housing member to a collection receptacle. A non-sparking puncturing member, is mounted within the housing member for piercing a nozzle-end of the pressurized container at its domed top. A counter records each action of the puncture pin. Gases and residual contents are released into the receptacle through the hollow core of the puncture pin. An auxiliary support member is mounted on the housing member for stabilizing relative movement between the housing member and the receptacle. A force-applying apparatus is mounted on the housing member for forcing the pressurized container onto the puncture pin.

AGRICULTURAL CONTAINER PROCESSING AND RECONCILIATION SYSTEM
The present invention relates to automated batch making assemblies where various component materials, at least, some in liquid form, are combined. Specifically, the invention provides a dispensing assembly that adds efficiency by increasing dramatically the speed with which a liquid is dispensed from a container and by providing means and methods to automate the addition of and account for the amount of each component.

Method for filling a container with a liquid
In a method for filling a bottle, a balloon body extends through an axial through bore of a cap and is connected seal-tightly with an upper circumferential rim to the cap above a radial opening of the cap. An elongate support associated with the balloon body is connected to the cap. Balloon and elongate support are inserted into the bottle. The cap is positioned at a spacing above the bottle neck to form a ring-shaped intermediate gap. Air contained in the bottle interior is forced out through the intermediate gap by inflating the balloon body with an expansion medium. Subsequently, the cap is fluid-tightly fitted on the bottle neck. The expansion medium is allowed to escape from the balloon body and liquid is supplied through radial and axial openings of the cap into the space between outer surface of the balloon body and inner bottle wall.

Foldaway container drainer
A draining device for the primary purpose of completely draining unused contents that frequently remain trapped inside various containers due to an inadequate way to sufficiently remove them. This draining device comprises an upper enclosure, a base abutment and a support bracket with a first end and a second end that is attached to the upper enclosure and the base abutment. When the upper enclosure and base abutment are in an opened, perpendicular position to their adjoining support bracket, an inverted container is placed through the upper enclosure and lowered until the lid extends through, or it rests upon the base abutment. Thus, the remaining contents are collected at the inverted container's cap or lowermost section for additional usage until the remaining contents are completely utilized and the container is thoroughly depleted.
