FLUID LOADING JOINT
A fluid loading joint for rotatably connecting double pipes to each other includes: a first half including a first inner pipe, a first outer pipe, and a holder, the first inner pipe being provided with a first flange, the first outer pipe accommodating the first inner pipe therein, the holder holding the first outer pipe such that the first outer pipe is rotatable; a second half including a sliding surface facing the first flange, the second half including a second inner pipe and a second outer pipe, the second inner pipe being provided with a second flange, the second outer pipe accommodating the second inner pipe therein and being provided with an outer flange that is fastened to the holder; an inner sealing member and an outer sealing member that are disposed between the first flange and the sliding surface; an inner passage provided in the second flange, the inner passage leading a leaked fluid from between the inner sealing member and the outer sealing member to an outer circumferential surface of the second flange; an outer passage provided in the outer flange, the outer passage leading the leaked fluid from an inner side to an outer side of the second outer pipe; and a leakage pipe that connects the inner passage and the outer passage between the second flange and the outer flange.
Gas supply floating refueling facility
A gas supply marine vessel and a refueling facility are described. The gas supply marine vessel includes a hull with an upper deck having an elongated cargo cavity formed therein. Gas interface modules are disposed in the cavity and extend between hull sides, each module having a plurality of fuel vessel docking stations. A plurality of stacked fuel container assemblies are fluidically coupled to the docking stations, A gantry, is movable along the length of the cavity, straddles the cargo cavity between hull sides. An articulating crane is mounted on the gantry and it utilized to move fuel container assemblies to a fuel container depression formed in the deck of a floating refueling facility. The floating refueling facility includes a concave side to facilitate mooring adjacent a shoreline, the concave side forming angled extensions at corners of the deck with a linkspan extending from each of the angled extensions.

Mobile Fuel Measurement System
A mobile fuel monitoring system (MMU) is disclosed. The fuel monitoring system may be skid mounted and is configured to monitor fuel transfers between a fuel source and a vessel, such as a ship. The disclosed MMU is a stand-alone, self-contained unit that can be easily moved from place to place. The MMU is configured to monitor and remotely report custody transfers of fuel performed at any location. Parameters of the fuel transfer operation, such as the amount of fuel transferred, the flow rate, the fuel density, and fuel temperature can be monitored and alarms may be issued if any of the parameters are out of specification. The parameter values may be transmitted to a remote location, for example, via a satellite link.
Submarine hose configuration for transferring a gas from a buoy
Systems and processes for transferring a gas from a buoy. In one embodiment, the system can include a buoy floating in water. A fluid swivel assembly can be coupled to the buoy. The system can also include a gas submarine conduit and a pipeline end manifold located at a subsea location. The gas submarine conduit can be configured to transfer a gas between the fluid swivel assembly and the pipeline end manifold. The gas submarine conduit can include one or more negatively buoyant members coupled thereto. The one or more negatively buoyant members coupled to the gas submarine conduit can urge the gas submarine conduit toward a seafloor to maintain the gas submarine conduit in a Chinese lantern configuration.
