STABILIZED UREA CONTAINING FERTILIZER BLENDS
A fertilizer blend containing 10 wt. % to 90 wt. % of a first particulate fertilizer composition and 10 wt. % to 90 wt. % of a second particulate fertilizer composition is disclosed. In the fertilizer blend, the second particulate fertilizer composition can be blended with the first particulate fertilizer composition. The first particulate fertilizer composition can include a core containing a binder, a pH buffering agent, and an urease inhibitor, and a shell containing urea, where the shell covers at least a portion of an outer surface of the core.

LIQUID FERTILIZER PRODUCTION METHOD AND HIGHQUALITY LIQUID FERTILIZER BASED ON L F Q C AND CHLORELLA MICROBIOLOGICAL FERTILIZER MANUFACTURE METHOD
A method for producing a liquid fertilizer based on liquid fertilizer quality certification (LFQC) of livestock manure, includes: subjecting a liquid released from livestock manure to high-temperature aerobic liquid-phase fermentation; subjecting the liquid resulting from the high-temperature aerobic liquid-phase fermentation to post-curing fermentation to produce a fermentation liquid fertilizer that complies with the standards of liquid fertilizer quality certification (LFQC) of livestock manure; and subjecting the produced fermentation liquid fertilizer to a separation membrane to produce a high-quality liquid fertilizer with reduced solid particles.
DECOMPOSITION OF STRUVITE
A method for decomposing struvite comprises dissolving of a feed material comprising struvite in a mineral acid. Thereby a solution having an acid pH is formed. Magnesium is removed from the solution. The removing of magnesium comprises increasing a pH of the solution to a pH in the range of 4.5 to 6, precipitating magnesium compounds that do not comprise ammonium, and separating the precipitated magnesium compounds from the solution. Thereby, the solution, after the removing of magnesium, comprises an ammonium salt of the mineral acid. An arrangement for performing such a method is also disclosed. Also, a method and arrangement for recovering at least nitrogen from waste material, based on the decomposing of struvite are disclosed.
IMPROVEMENTS IN AND RELATING TO FERTILIZER COMPOSITIONS
An aqueous urease inhibitor and/or nitrification inhibitor formulation includes an aqueous wax dispersion, which includes about 10-50% by weight high melting point emulsifying wax, water to make up to 100%, at least one inhibitor active in an amount of 1wt% -30wt% of the aqueous wax dispersion, and a dispersing clay in an amount of 5wt% -50wt% of the aqueous wax dispersion.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS FOR PRODUCING AMMONIA FROM ANAEROBIC DIGESTATE LIQUID
The present invention relates to organic nitrogen fertilizers and methods for producing organic nitrogen fertilizers, including retrieving high concentration organic ammonia from discarded organic material.

Baffles in a fluidized bed cooler
A fluidized bed cooler for cooling a urea-containing granular material may include a cooler chamber having a product inlet opening, a product outlet opening, a perforated plate disposed in the cooler chamber, and at least one cooling medium entry opening disposed beneath the perforated plate. The product inlet opening may be disposed above the perforated plate, and a baffle plate may be disposed between the product inlet opening and the perforated plate. A distributor plate may be disposed between the baffle plate and the perforated plate. An area of the distributor plate may be 10% to 50% greater than an area of the baffle plate.
