A garment worn on the upper body is disclosed having a right and left body portions that are joined at the front and rear by a corresponding fastening mechanism. This allows the right body portion and left body portion to separated from one another and interchanged with other body portions to vary the visual characteristics of the garment. The right and left body portions can have different visual characteristics.

A device and method for enabling an individual located on a bed to sustain a side-sleeping orientation on either a left or right side. The device comprises a light weight, elongated pillow having a longitudinal axis and being configured to assume a rest position at a back side of the individual and proximate to an adjacent surface of a bed when reclined in a side-sleeping orientation. The pillow includes a hinge-like attachment structure which is positioned along a longitudinal edge of the pillow to secure the pillow to the individual's bed clothing. The attachment structure provides sufficient rotation to allow the pillow to rotate to the rest position in response to the force of gravity, ready to be engaged in a partial captured configuration between the individual's back and bed surface upon initial rotation of the individual from the side-sleeping orientation toward a supine sleeping position.

A dress with a body-shaping function comprises: an outer dress composed of a dress body and straps connected to a collar of the dress body; and a body-shaper lining located inside the dress body and completely covered by the dress body, wherein a top end of the body-shaper lining is sewn or bonded on the dress body along the collar of the dress body, and the body-shaper lining is of a jumpsuit structure and has at least one body-shaping area. The joint of the body-shaper lining on the outer dress can be hidden, and no obvious bonding trace will be seen from the appearance of the outer dress; and the dress body can be held by means of the tension of the body-shaper lining next to the skin and the suspension effect of the straps.
