COLD WEATHER CLIMBING GARMENT
A cold-weather garment for providing additional safety for those working on climbing of structures is presented. A safety harness to be combined with a cold-weather garment to provide for further safety and comfort of those who have a need for climbing structures. Furthermore, the safety harness shall further need to be coupled to a structure to promote further safety as well as be cost efficient and comfortable.
DETACHABLE HOOD SYSTEM
A garment that includes a right chest panel; a left chest panel; a back panel; and a collar coupled to the right chest panel, the left chest panel, and the back panel. The collar may include a collar zipper controlling access to a collar pocket, the collar zipper extending around at least 80% of an outer circumference of the collar; and a collar-side row of hood-connection zipper teeth positioned in the collar pocket, the collar-side row of hood-connection zipper teeth having a length that is at least 80% of a length of the collar zipper. The garment may also include a removable hood. The removable hood may include a hood-side row of hood-connection zipper teeth, the hood-side row of hood-connection zipper teeth having a length that is substantially equal to the length of the collar-side row of hood-connection zipper teeth.
ARTICLE OF APPAREL
An article of apparel includes a plurality of textile panels and a textile material. The plurality of textile panels includes a first textile panel and a second textile panel. The first textile panel is spaced apart from the second textile panel to define a gap between the first textile panel and the second textile panel on the article of apparel. Each of the plurality of textile panels possesses an elongation value and includes a plurality of reinforcing ribs extending across said textile panel. The textile material is positioned in the gap between the first textile panel and the second textile panel. The textile material possesses an elongation value that is different than the elongation value of each of the first textile panel and the second textile panel.
Apparel thermo-regulatory system
Aspects herein are directed to an apparel item that promotes thermo-regulation through the use of engineered openings, venting, and/or stand-off structures. In exemplary aspects, 20-45% of the apparel item may comprise the engineered openings. Vents may be positioned on the apparel item in areas that experience high amounts of air flow to help channel air into the apparel item. The stand-off structures may be positioned on an inner-facing surface of the apparel item where they help to create a space between the apparel item and the wearer's body surface in which air can flow and help cool the wearer by promoting evaporative cooling.
PROTECTIVE CRAWL SUIT ASSEMBLY
The present disclosure relates to providing a protective crawl suit assembly that incorporates elastic pull straps and pads for safety and protection of a wearer. The protective crawl suit assembly comprises an upper clothing segment having a breathable material attached at armpit area. The upper clothing segment has a first elastic pull strap at base of an arm of the upper clothing segment. Further, the protective crawl suit assembly comprises a lower clothing segment having the breathable material attached at crotch area. The lower clothing segment has a second elastic pull strap sewn in at base of leg of the lower segment. The protective crawl suit assembly comprises a two way zipper for connecting and closing the upper clothing segment so as to provide a comfortable fit of the suit.
ACTIVEWEAR GARMENT WITH ENHANCED TRACTION
Athletic and/or work wear garment can have textile regions of differing friction to facilitate maintaining a grip between high friction textile regions and objects pressed against the high friction textile regions. In some embodiments, the high friction textile regions can facilitate carrying objects. In some embodiments, the garment can be a shirt. In some embodiments, the garment can be pants. In some embodiments, the garment can be an undergarment and the high friction textile regions can reduce shifting of an outer garment in contact with the undergarment.
Body trunk supporter and wear provided with same
A body trunk supporter provided with: a belt-like lower band section that is adapted to be wrapped around and positioned at the pelvis of a user; an X-shaped stretchable middle band section that has a pair of lower end parts joined to the lower band section and that presses areas of the lumbar region of the user; and a pair of upper band sections that are jointed to a pair of upper end parts of the middle band section and that are adapted to be wrapped around and positioned at the chest of the user, wherein the pair of lower end parts of the middle band section are configured to be joined to areas ranging from positions that are immediately lateral to the pelvis of the user to adjacent anterior positions thereof in the lower band section; and the pair of upper band sections are configured to be separated from each other and to extend in bilaterally opposite directions in an unfolded state, and are configured to be wrapped around and positioned near fifth to tenth ribs of the chest of the user.
ARTICLE OF APPAREL INCORPORATING A ZONED MODIFIABLE TEXTILE STRUCTURE
An article of apparel is disclosed that includes zones with a textile having a structure than changes or is otherwise modified by a physical stimulus, such as the presence of water or a temperature change, to modify a property of the textile. The zones may be along a center back area and/or side areas of the apparel, and the textile may increase in air permeability when exposed to water. In some embodiments, slits are formed in the textile.
MARTIAL ARTS GARMENT WITH STRETCH PANELS
A martial arts garment, such as a Gi, has an upper body, jacket garment, and a lower body, pants garment. The jacket garment has stretch panels of a stretchable fabric material that are incorporated into the garment construction locations of high-stretch regions of the garment. The stretch panels reduce the restriction of a wearer's movement. The pants garment has a crotch panel that is of a stretchable fabric material to reduce restriction of a wearer's movement.
RIDING PANTS
A pair of riding pants with integrated lower leg compression sleeves is provided. The pants can be made of a flexible durable material, can include a knee relief or knee break portion at each knee region. The pants can comprise a waist portion comprising a waist band with an adjustment mechanism and a stretch panel.
