The present invention relates to a curable silicone composition comprising: (A) at least one organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups per molecule; (B) at least one mercapto functional organopolysiloxane having at least two thiol groups per molecule; (C) at least one photopolymerization initiator; and, (D) 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol (BHT), wherein the composition has a viscosity of less than 200 mPa.Math.s at 25° C.

A composition for forming a resist underlying film, the composition including a hydrolysis condensate of a hydrolysable silane mixture containing an alkyltrialkoxy silane and a hydrolysable silane of formula (1), wherein the contained amount of the alkyltrialkoxy silane in the mixture is 0 mol % or more but less than 40 mol % with respect to the total amount by mole of all of the hydrolysable silane contained in the mixture.

Cured product

The present application relates to a cured product and the use thereof. The cured product has excellent processability, workability, and adhesive properties or the like, and does not cause whitening and surface stickiness, etc. The cured product has excellent transparency, moisture resistance, mechanical properties, and cracking resistance, etc. The cured product, for example, may be applied as an encapsulant or an adhesive material of a semiconductor device to provide a device having high long-term reliability.

Dioxomolybdenum (VI) complex compounds as catalysts for polyurethane compositions

The invention relates to dioxomolybdenum (VI) complex compounds of the formula MoO.sub.2(L).sub.x(Y).sub.2-x, where the ligand L has the formula (I). Such complex compounds are suitable in particular as catalysts for one- and two-component polyurethane compositions. The invention also relates to two-component polyurethane compositions including at least one polyisocyanate as the first component, at least one polyol as the second component, and at least one such dioxomolybdenum (VI) complex compound as the catalyst. The invention further relates to one-component polyurethane compositions comprising at least one polyurethane prepolymer with isocyanate groups, which are made from at least one polyisocyanate with at least one polyol, and comprising such a dioxomolybdenum (VI) complex compound as the catalyst. High-solids coating composition

The present invention pertains to a coating composition based on a specific epoxy-functional siloxane oligomer and an amine-functional polyorganosiloxane. The coating composition is suitable for use on substrates subjected to outdoor conditions, in particular conditions where a high durability, a high UV resistance, and good anti-corrosive properties are required.

Curable composition, semiconductor device, and ester bond-containing organosilicon compound

A curable composition including: (A) an ester bond-containing organosilicon compound having two or more addition reactive carbon-carbon double bonds in one molecule, shown by the following general formula (1); (B) a silicon compound having two or more silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms in one molecule; and (C) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst. This provides a curable composition to give a cured product with low gas permeability as well as excellent crack resistance and light transmission property. ##STR00001##

FRP MATERIAL WITH REINFORCED NON-FLAMMABILITY

There is provided an FRP material with reinforced non-flammability that can be utilized as an alternative to a metal material in a variety of applications. The FRP material with reinforced non-flammability includes a non-flammable coating layer formed by coating, with a non-flammable agent, a surface of a flame retardant FRP matrix containing a flame retardant resin, wherein a composition of the non-flammable coating layer includes 10 to 20 wt % of 1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-triamine, 30 to 50 wt % of ammonium polyphosphate, 1 to 10 wt % of dimethyl polysiloxane, 10 to 20 wt % of xylene, and 10 to 30 wt % of phosphonic acid, p-methyl-, (5-ethyl-2-methyl-2-oxido-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinan-5-yl)methyl methyl ester.

CURABLE SILICONE COMPOSITION AND APPLICATIONS AND USES THEREOF

A curable composition comprising (a) an organopolysiloxane comprising a curable functional group; (b) a cross-linker comprising a silyl hydride group or a thiol group; (c) a reaction accelerator; (d) optionally an inhibitor; and (e) optionally other additives. The curable composition exhibits high refractive index and optical clarity. The curable composition can be used to prepare a cured material that exhibits high refractive index, optical clarity, crack resistance, and low moisture vapor permeability.

One-pack type curable silicone gel composition and cured silicone gel

A one-pack type curable silicone gel composition which contains: 100 parts by mass of (A) a branched chain organopolysiloxane having a specific structure from 0.1 part by mass to 50 parts by mass of (B) a diorganopolysiloxane having both molecular chain ends blocked with diorganohydrogensiloxy groups; (C) a platinum-based catalyst; and (D) a phosphite compound represented by formula (3) ##STR00001##
(wherein R.sup.2 represents a monovalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms; and X represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group) in such an amount that more than 3 molecules hut not more than 15 molecules of the phosphite compound represented by formula (3) are present per one platinum atom in component (C). This one-pack type curable silicone gel composition is stable in terms of characteristics and physical properties even if exposed to a temperature more than 50° C. for a long period of time.
