THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE COMPOSITION FOR INJECTION MOLDING AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present invention provides a thermoplastic polyurethane composition for injection molding and a method of manufacturing the same. The thermoplastic polyurethane composition for injection molding can be easily injection-molded since a slip property is imparted to a soft segment, and can possess excellent durability properties such as heat-aging resistance, photoaging resistance, and wear resistance, and stability properties such as airbag deployment performance and anti-fogging property, as well as excellent tactile sensation and embossing quality, when a chain extender and a multifunctional polydimethylsiloxane-based compound are mixed with an isocyanate- and ether-containing polyester polyol, and can be useful in simplifying processes, reducing manufacturing costs, and simplifying facilities due to a decrease in the number of parts when molded articles are manufactured using the composition.
Hydroxyl-capping monomer, its polycarbonate and article containing the same
Disclosed are a hydroxy-capping monomer, its polycarbonate and an article including the same. Disclosed is a capping monomer capable of greatly improving mechanical properties and weather resistance when applied to polycarbonate, and polycarbonate containing the same, being prepared at high economic efficiency and having superior mechanical properties and excellent weather resistance.
POLYURETHANE SEALING MATERIAL AND A PREPARATION METHOD AND AN APPLICATION THEREOF
Disclosed are polyurethane sealing material and a preparation method and an application thereof, to solve the technical problems in the prior art that the polyurethane seal material suffers from poor aging resistance and inadequate compression deformation properties. By adding the polyether carbonate polyol in the formulations, the polyurethane sealing material prepared in the present disclosure has better elongation at break, tensile strength, and tear strength after aging than those under normal conditions, and has lower permanent compression set; and no crosslinking agent is added in the present disclosure, such that the material can be prevented from losing elasticity at a lower temperature, and improved process operability and appearance can be obtained. The polyurethane sealing material prepared in the present disclosure can be applied in air filter sealing rings.
POLYURETHANE COMPOSITION, PRODUCT THEREFROM AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME
Provided is a two-component polyurethane composition, comprising, (a) an isocyanate component that comprises: at least one aromatic isocyanate compound, and (b) a polyol component that comprises: at least one polyether polyol compound, a sulfide-free urea or a derivative thereof, an alcohol chain extender, wherein the isocyanate component and polyol component have an NCO/OH ratio of from 0.9:1 to 1.2:1. Also provided are a product prepared using the polyurethane composition, and the preparation method thereof.
