(B) contains 10-100 mass % of (B-1), and 0-90 mass % of (B-2), which is an acrylic resin other than (B-1), with respect to 100 mass % of the total of (B-1), and (B-2), and further contains 0-50 parts by mass of (C), which is an additive other than (B-1), and (B-2), with respect to 100 parts by mass of the total of (B-1), and (B-2). (B-1) contains a monomer unit which has a substituent that reacts with an amino group, or a methylol group. The content of the monomer unit that has the reactive substituent is 3 mass % or more with respect to 100 mass % of (B).
