Self-adhesive waterproof coiled material of super-strong cross laminated film and preparation process

The present invention relates to a self-adhesive waterproof coiled material of a super-strong cross laminated film, comprising sequentially from top to bottom: an isolation protection layer, a non-asphalt-based self-adhesive layer, a strong cross laminated film, an asphalt self-adhesive layer and a PE isolation film. One side of the upper surface of the coiled material is provided with an overlap edge, and the other side of the lower surface of the coiled material is also provided with an overlap edge. The waterproof coiled material provided in the present invention has better adhesive property with post-cast concrete than an asphalt-based coiled material, and can be better bonded to a main body structure (i.e., pre-paving anti-sticking coiled material); the strong cross laminated film in the middle of the coiled material has good ductility, so that when the base layer slightly subsides or the main body structure is slightly deformed, the coiled material can continue to be well bonded to the main body structure and would not be separated; and a good waterproof effect thus can be achieved.

Crumb rubber obtained from recycled tires is subjected to an interlinked substitution process. The process utilizes a reactive component that interferes with sulfur bonds. The resulting treated rubber exhibits properties similar to those of the virgin composite rubber structure prior to being granulated, and is suitable for use in fabricating new tires, engineered rubber articles, and asphalt rubber for use in waterproofing and paving applications.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR RECOVERING BITUMEN, GRANULES, AND LIMESTONE FILLERS FROM USED ASPHALT SHINGLES

A system for recovering bitumen, granules, and limestone fillers from asphalt shingles includes: a mixer; a filter; a first dryer; a centrifuge; a second dryer; and a distillation unit. The mixer receives and mixes asphalt shingles and a solvent to produce a slurry. The filter processes the slurry to generate a cake material and a filtrate. The cake material is received and heated by the first dryer to isolate a first constituent of the asphalt shingles. The filtrate is received and separated by the centrifuge into a first phase material and a second phase material. The first phase material is received and heated by the second dryer to isolate a second constituent of the asphalt shingles. The second phase material is processed by the distillation unit to isolate a third constituent of the asphalt shingles. A method for recovering bitumen, granules, and limestone fillers from asphalt shingles is also disclosed.

BITUMEN-CONTAINING MIXTURES, METHOD FOR PRODUCTION AND USE THEREOF

The present invention relates to novel bitumen-containing mixtures, to a method for the production thereof and to the use thereof.

WATERPROOF MEMBRANE BASED ON BIOMASS MODIFIED ASPHALT AND BIOMASS POLYESTER BASE

A waterproof membrane based on biomass modified asphalt and a biomass polyester base is provided. A method for preparing the waterproof membrane using the prepared raw materials includes following steps: a, heating the modified biomass asphalt, adding the heavy calcium filler into the modified biomass asphalt, and stirring uniformly to obtain a composition, then pumping the composition into a modified biomass asphalt tank; b, immersing the bio-based polyethylene furanoate (PEF) base into the modified biomass asphalt tank for saturation; c, scraping off excess asphalt from the bio-based PEF base saturated with the modified biomass asphalt; d, after removing the excess modified biomass asphalt from the surface of the bio-based PEF base, cooling treatment is conducted; and e, after cooling, applying a silicon oil-coated polyethylene (PE) isolation layer on a surface to obtain a finished waterproof membrane.

An asphalt rejuvenator is prepared from aromatic compounds derived from the heavy distillates of waste plastic pyrolysis. The aromatic compounds are strategically selected based on a comparison of solubility parameters of the aromatic compounds and the bitumen binder of the asphalt. The aromatic compounds can be selected by controlling the distillation of the heavy distillates of the pyrolysis process. Suitable aromatic compounds include alkyl-naphthalene, alkyl-anthracene, alkyl-phenanthrene, phenolic alkyl aromatic compounds, phenolic alkyl polynuclear aromatic compounds, and alkyl polynuclear aromatic compounds.
