MINERAL WOOL BINDER
A formaldehyde-free binder composition for mineral fibers which comprises at least one phenol containing compound and at least one protein.
BINDER COMPOSITION
An aqueous binder composition for mineral fibers which comprises at least one polyelectrolytic hydrocolloid.
SOLVENTLESS PARTICLE COATING VIA ACOUSTIC MIXING
A method for coating solid granules containing a carbohydrate, gum Arabic, or protein by combining the solid granules with at least one solid coating material, and applying acoustic energy to said combination is provided as are coated solid granules prepared by the method.
Processes for producing chlorine-containing resin composition and processed chlorine-containing-resin object
The present invention aims to provide a method for producing a chlorine-containing resin composition and a method for producing a chlorine-containing resin processed product, the methods being capable of providing a processed product that is excellent in thermal stability and heat resistance and that has various excellent properties derived from the chlorine-containing resin in an efficient, easy, simple, and high-yield manner, without degrading the appearance of the processed product. The present invention provides a method for producing a chlorine-containing resin composition, including: step (I) of dry-mixing a silicone oil and/or a liquid fatty acid having a C12 or higher carbon chain with a hydrotalcite powder to obtain a mixture; and step (II) of further mixing a chlorine-containing resin with the mixture.
Rubber, seal component, and hose
A rubber includes 5 parts by mass to 45 parts by mass of an uncross-linked EPM relative to 100 parts by mass of a cross-linked rubber polymer (other than EPM), and an oil in an amount equal to or more than the amount of the EPM. The rubber is foamed and has a specific gravity of more than 0.3 and 0.8 or less. A weather strip 1 and a hose 2 are formed of the rubber.
Encapsulation film
The present application relates to an encapsulating film, a reliability assessment therefor, an organic electronic apparatus comprising the encapsulating film, and a method for producing an organic electronic apparatus which has used the encapsulating film, and provides: a reliability assessment method which can predict the reliability of the encapsulating film before same is applied to the organic electronic apparatus, the encapsulating film blocking moisture or oxygen from the outside entering the organic electronic apparatus; and the encapsulating film which can block moisture with high reliability.
High Resistivity Rubber Compositions Comporising Oxidized Carbon Bkack
A rubber composition containing an oxidized carbon black and exhibiting a significantly increased volume resistivity.
FILMS AND COMPOSITES AND METHODS OF PRODUCTION AND USE
The present invention includes compositions and methods of making films, adhesive patches, or composites comprising a polyvinyl caprolactam-polyvinyl acetate-polyethylene glycol graft copolymer (PCL-PVAc-PEG) and a partially hydrophilic oil, wherein the composition transitions from a viscous liquid, to an adhesive, and to a film as a weight percent (wt %) ratio of PCL-PVAc-PEG to partially hydrophilic oil changes.
Method of producing a mineral wool product comprising a multiple of lamellae and a product of such kind
A method and a mineral wool product include a multiple of lamellae, such as a sandwich panel core. The product includes a plurality of lamellae cut from a mineral wool web, and bonded together by applying an adhesive on the surfaces of two adjacent lamellae to form a web-like product, wherein the adhesive comprises at least one hydrocolloid.
PREPARATION METHOD OF FULLY DEGRADABLE POLYGLYCOLIC ACID COMPOSITE PACKAGING MATERIALS
The present disclosure provides a fully degradable Polyglycolic acid (PGA) composite packaging material comprises, by weight part, the following: PGA, polycaprolactone, poly(L-lactide--caprolactone), anti-blocking agent, slipping agent, flexibilizer, waterproofing agent, chitosan, reinforced fibers and the like. The present disclosure further provides a preparation method of the fully degradable modified polyglycolic acid composite packaging materials. The present disclosure has the following advantages. The packaging material of the present disclosure has good microbial degradation and hydrolysis. With complete biodegradation, it would result in end-products, water and carbon dioxide, which are environmentally friendly, non-toxic and pose no threat to human- and animal-health. The packaging material of the present disclosure has good mechanical properties, and can fully meet various application requirements of packaging materials. Inexpensive and environmental pollution-free fillers can be added without influence on mechanical properties. The cost can be effectively reduced. The preparation process is simple.
