Fluoroelastomer composition and molded article thereof
The invention provides a fluoroelastomer composition that can be crosslinked at an industrially sufficient rate without the use of a graphene having specific surface properties and can provide a fluoroelastomer molded article having higher tensile strength and better abrasion resistance than conventional fluoroelastomer molded articles even though having a similar tensile modulus to conventional fluoroelastomer molded articles. The fluoroelastomer composition contains a fluoroelastomer that contains a crosslinkable group-containing monomer unit and an elongated sheet-shaped graphene. The graphene exhibits a ratio (L/W) of a maximum length (L) and a width (W) of 2 to 10.sup.5, and the graphene exhibits a ratio (L/T) of the maximum length (L) and a thickness (T) of 1×10.sup.1 to 1×10.sup.7.
Structure for a quantum dot barrier rib and process for preparing the same
The present invention relates to a structure for a quantum dot barrier rib and a process for preparing the same. The structure for a quantum dot barrier rib of the present invention comprises a cured film having a uniform film thickness and an appropriate range of film thickness. Here, the reflectance R.sub.SCI measured by the SCI (specular component included) method and the reflectance R.sub.SCE measured by the SCE (specular component excluded) method are reduced, and the ratio between them (R.sub.SCE/R.sub.SCI) is appropriately adjusted, so that it is possible to satisfy such characteristics as high light-shielding property and low reflectance at the same time while the resolution and pattern characteristics are maintained to be excellent. In addition, when the structure for a quantum dot barrier rib is prepared, it is possible to form a multilayer pattern having a uniform film thickness suitable for the quantum dot barrier ribs in a single development process. Thus, it can be advantageously used for a quantum dot display.
Method for manufacturing rubber composition for tire and method for manufacturing tire
Provided are a method for manufacturing a rubber composition for a tire and a method for manufacturing a tire including this manufacturing method for the rubber composition in the present invention, which are characterized by including the steps of: starting to knead a rubber component, a sulfur donor, and a sulfur atom-containing vulcanization accelerator together before kneading the rubber component with a filler; and then adding a filler to an obtained kneaded product and performing kneading at a kneading temperature of 120° C. or higher. According to the manufacturing methods of the present invention, a rubber composition for a tire and a tire which have good fracture property can be manufactured.
Adhesion promoters for polyaddition silicone formulations
The present invention relates to two-component (2K) silicone-based adhesive compositions comprising an adhesion promotor, as well as to the use of such compositions. Furthermore, the present invention is directed to the use of a —Si(OR.sup.a).sub.3 terminated polyorganosiloxane prepolymer, as described herein, for improving the adhesive properties of silicone-based adhesive compositions.
Flame resistant material and resultant products
Disclosed herein are compositions, formulations, applications, and methods of making a fire resistant material. The fire resistant material is a transparent acrylic material that incorporates a primary polymer, nanostructured fillers, and crosslinkers. The nanostructured filler is polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) or a POSS derivative that has a cage like structure. The fire resistant material may also include various components such as brominated additives and phosphorous based synergists. The fire resistant material may be used for various applications including wall claddings and glazings.
Low-gloss cured product having excellent stain resistance, and manufacturing method therefor
The present invention relates to a cured product having excellent stain resistance and low gloss, a method of manufacturing the same, and an interior material including the cured product. The cured product according to the present invention is formed by sequentially applying light in different specific wavelength ranges to a composition to cure the composition, thereby being capable of realizing a low gloss of 9 or less, based on a 60 degree gloss meter, without use of a matting agent and excellent stain resistance and exhibiting excellent abrasion resistance. Accordingly, the cured product may be usefully used as an interior material such as a flooring material.
Fluororubber composition and fluororubber sealing material
Provided are a fluororubber composition maintaining rubber properties and excellent in flowability and mold releasability as well as capable of reducing a cross-linking time when molded, and a fluororubber sealing material formed of the fluororubber composition. The fluororubber composition contains a polyol cross-linkable based fluororubber; an aliphatic acid amide based compound; at least one member selected from a phosphoric acid ester based compound, an aliphatic acid ester based compound and a fluorine-containing based compound; and a polyol based cross-linking agent. The fluororubber sealing material is formed of the fluororubber composition.
FOLDABLE DISPLAY APPARATUS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ADHESIVE LAYER OF THE SAME
A foldable display apparatus and a manufacturing method of an adhesive layer of the same are disclosed. A foldable display apparatus in the embodiments of the present disclosure includes a display panel, a polarizing plate being disposed on the display panel, a cover window being disposed on the polarizing plate, and an adhesive layer being disposed between the polarizing plate and the cover window, wherein the adhesive layer comprises a transparent part being disposed in a position corresponding to a display area of the display panel, and a colored part being disposed in a position corresponding to a non-display area of the display panel.
One component self-crosslinking coatings
A waterborne one-component coating composition capable of self-crosslinking and exhibiting a gloss and hardness improvement when cured that is similar to a solventborne two-component composition. The composition includes a urethane phase including a polyurethane polymer with at least polyester diol monomer units, polycarbonate diol monomer units, and ketone-functionalized diol monomer units. The composition may include an optional acrylic phase including an acrylic polymer having monomer units selected from one of alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer units, vinyl acetate monomer units, styrene monomer units, ketone-functional vinyl monomer units, or combinations thereof. The composition includes a hydrazine-functionalized crosslinking agent configured to crosslink one of the ketone-functionalized diol monomer units, the ketone-functional vinyl monomer units, or both. The composition further includes one or more tertiary amine reaction moderators or neutralizing agents.
