Upper-body garment assemblies with integrated waistband positioning systems. In some embodiments, the waistband positioning system is configured to maintain pants, skirts, leggings, tights, stockings, etc. in proper position against the forces of gravity. In some embodiments, the garment assembly includes at least one panel integrated with the waistband positioning system and configured to support another article of clothing and at least partially absorb and/or distribute the forces associated with supporting the other. The garment assembly may be any suitable type of top, shirt, brassiere, camisole, tank top, athletic top, or any other desired article of clothing having a panel with integrated waistband positioning system. In some embodiments, the waistband positioning system has one or more inner panels or areas configured to move independently from the outer layer of the garment assembly to support the weight of another article of clothing.

One embodiment provides a garment system comprising an upper body garment comprising an interior surface and a first set of connectors positioned on the interior surface. The system further comprises a lower body garment comprising a second set of connectors positioned on a surface of the lower body garment. The first set of connectors and the second set of connectors are vertically aligned when a wearer wears the upper body garment and the lower body garment at the same time, and each connector of the second set of connectors is configured to releasably engage and interconnect with a connector of the first set of connectors to attach the upper body garment to the lower body garment.

A wearing set capable of preventing overlapped articles from sliding past each other, including a first wearing article having at least one first engaging effect zone, and a second wearing article having at least one second engaging effect zone; where one zone of the first engaging effect zone and the second engaging effect zone has a tangling-hairs fabric and the other zone has a textured-loops fabric, the tangling-hairs fabric including a plurality of tangling-hairs fibers protruding outwardly from a surface thereof, the tangling-hairs fibers having curled terminals or ball-shaped terminals; the textured-loops fabric including a plurality of fibriform loops on a surface thereof; and when the tangling-hairs fabric and the textured-loops fabric are overlapped to contact each other, the fibriform loops will be engaged or adhered with the tangling-hairs fibers to prevent the first wearing article from sliding relative to the second wearing article.

A clothing retention system includes a pair of pants that has a waistband. The pair of pants may be worn on a user having the waistband being spaced below a waist of the user such that underwear of the user is visible above the waistband. A retention unit is provided and the retention unit may be worn around a torso of the user. The retention unit engages the pair of pants such that the waistband is retained at a selected position.

Premade garment pieces which may be assembled into a garment or used independently are disclosed herein. A garment piece may comprise one or more fasteners or one or more fastener receivers or a combination of one or more fasteners and one or more fastener receivers. A fastener on one garment piece may preferably be configured to interface with a fastener receiver on another garment piece. The fastener and fastener receiver may interface to form a fastener assembly. One or more garment pieces may be assembled into a garment or may be used independently by a wearer.

A garment configured to aid in frictional support for a user during an exercise to reduce slipping and sliding between the garment and an object. The garment includes gripping areas located on a front or back of the garment. Gripping areas of various different shapes and sizes may be located in a multiplicity of suitable areas of the garment. Gripping areas may be applied to an outer and/or inner surface of the fabric of the garment. Gripping areas may be made of a grip material that exerts a greater frictional force on the object in contact with the gripping areas. Gripping areas may include multiple gripping members of various different shapes and patterns. These various gripping patterns and shapes enable the gripping areas to provide an aesthetically pleasing and functional garment, at the same time, maintain the breathability of the fabric from which the garment is made.

Aspects herein are directed to a bra having a front portion formed with multiple layers of mesh to provide a supportive, modest bra that is breathable, lightweight, and quick drying. The front portion includes an interior support panel assembly having a first panel made of a mesh material and a second panel made of a spacer mesh material that is adjacent and external to the first panel. The front portion also includes an upper support panel made of a spacer mesh material and a lower support panel made of a mesh material that each are positioned adjacent and external to the interior support panel assembly. The upper support panel and the lower support panel are each defined by a top edge and a bottom edge, and at least a portion of the upper support panel bottom edge may be positioned superior to the lower support panel bottom edge.

The utility model relates to the technical field of garments and apparel. It introduces a functional jumpsuit that aims to solve the problems of when someone needs to go to the bathroom. Normally jumpsuits are inconvenient to remove and need to be taken off from the upper body. Unlike other jumpsuits, my invention has a top and a bottom garment that easily separates by using an invisible zipper in the front of the garment; and a design where the back of the garment is not connected. The utility design features an elastic waistband for greater ease in disrobing/getting dressed. This jumpsuit is fashion forward and comes in different styles where the user can mix and match connected tops and bottoms.
