An object of the invention is to provide a composition having excellent heat resistance and excellent adhesiveness. Moreover, another object is to provide a cured product obtained by curing the composition and a laminate containing the cured product. Furthermore, another object is to provide a heat-resistant material, a heat-resistant member, an electronic material and an electronic member each containing the composition. The objects are achieved by providing a composition including: a (meth)allyl group-containing maleimide compound having a structure having one or more benzene rings, one or more groups having a (meth)allyl group and one or more groups having a maleimide group; and a hydroxy group-containing maleimide compound having a structure having one or more benzene rings, one or more groups having a hydroxy group and one or more maleimide groups.

An optical resin composition includes a thermoplastic resin and a cross-linked structure-containing polymer. A photoelastic constant of the cross-linked structure-containing polymer and a photoelastic constant of the thermoplastic resin are opposite in sign, and a molded article with a thickness of 2 mm formed from the optical resin composition has a haze of 6% or less.

An optical resin composition includes a thermoplastic resin and a cross-linked structure-containing polymer. A photoelastic constant of the cross-linked structure-containing polymer and a photoelastic constant of the thermoplastic resin are opposite in sign, and a molded article with a thickness of 2 mm formed from the optical resin composition has a haze of 6% or less.

A thermosetting composition including a thermosetting compound and hexagonal boron nitride D, wherein the thermosetting compound contains a cyanate compound A and/or a maleimide compound B, and a modified polyphenylene ether C having a substituent with a carbon-carbon unsaturated double bond at at least one terminal, and a content of the hexagonal boron nitride D is 0.1 parts by mass or more and 25 parts by mass or less based on 100 parts by mass of the thermosetting compound.

Improved sparge compositions for reverse froth flotation separation and uses thereof, and methods of reverse froth flotation are described. The sparge compositions comprise sulfonated polymeric modifiers which can act as dispersants and depressants, and the compositions are suitably used in the reverse froth flotation of particulate material containing ultrafine particles. For example, the compositions and methods can be used in the separation of iron oxide beneficiary from iron ores comprising silica, silicates, and the like.

The sparge compositions comprise sulfonated polymeric modifiers which can act as dispersants and depressants, and the compositions are suitably used in the reverse froth flotation of particulate material containing ultrafine particles. The present invention relates to a resin composition including (1) 80 wt % to 99.8 wt % of a butadiene-based graft copolymer mixture; (2) 0.1 wt % to 10 wt % of a graft copolymer including a derived unit from a polyolefin-based polymer, a derived unit from a vinyl cyanide compound and a derived unit from an aromatic vinyl-based compound; and (3) 0.1 wt % to 10 wt % of an alpha olefin-based copolymer.

The present invention relates to a resin composition including (1) 80 wt % to 99.8 wt % of a butadiene-based graft copolymer mixture; (2) 0.1 wt % to 10 wt % of a graft copolymer including a derived unit from a polyolefin-based polymer, a derived unit from a vinyl cyanide compound and a derived unit from an aromatic vinyl-based compound; and (3) 0.1 wt % to 10 wt % of an alpha olefin-based copolymer.

A resin composition includes a maleimide resin and a multifunctional vinylsilane. Also provided is an article made from the resin composition including such as a prepreg, a resin film, a laminate or a printed circuit board, wherein the article has improved one or more properties including glass transition temperature, difference in glass transition temperature, ratio of thermal expansion, peel strength, thermal resistance, dissipation factor and dissipation factor after ageing at high temperature.
