A weather resistant matte silicone coating special for EMAS, comprising: 80˜130 parts by weight of α,ω-dihydroxypolydimethylsiloxane; 0.5˜10 parts by weight of a linear polydimethylsiloxane with terminal hydroxyl group; 1˜10 parts by weight of fumed silica; 10˜50 parts by weight of precipitated silica; 1˜5 parts by weight of color masterbatch; 0.9˜5 parts by weight of organotin chelate catalyst; crosslinking agent, comprising 1.5˜7 parts by weight of methyltri(methylethylketoximino)silane, 1.5˜7 parts by weight of vinyltri(methylethylketoximino)silane, and 1˜7 parts by weight of aminopropyltriethoxysilane; 1.5˜6 parts by weight of delustering agent; and 250˜350 parts by weight of a solvent. The coating has the properties of low viscosity, high flow, relatively fast curing, moderate strength, good adhesion, good mattness, being environmentally friendly and the like.

A curable organopolysiloxane composition comprising: (A) a mercapto group-containing organopolysiloxane; (B) a compound containing in a molecule at least two groups that are at least one type of functional groups selected from a group consisting of acryloyl groups, methacryloyl groups, and epoxy groups; and (C) an amine compound that does not have a N—H bond and/or a phosphine compound that does not have a P—H bond. The composition has favorable curability even at a relatively low temperature, and forms a cured film with excellent bonding with regard to an article to be coated.

Provided is an antifouling composition including a polysilazane-based compound (A) and a both terminal carboxy-modified silicone (B), the content of the component (B) being from 0.01 to 10 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the total amount of the component (A), and the antifouling composition serves as a sheet-like antifouling layer-forming material. The antifouling composition is able to form a sheet-like antifouling layer having favorable surface state and curability and also having excellent water repellency such that even when a tilt angle is small, water droplets can be slipped off.
