A post-surgery brassiere garment for a wearer comprising a connection means comprising strap means operable to secure the brassiere garment over shoulders of the wearer, and a band region to enclose a portion of the torso of the wearer to secure the brassiere garment to the wearer; a first adjustment means operable to adjustably close the band region of the brassiere garment, and a second adjustment means operable to adjustably connect the strap means to a front region of the band region of the brassiere garment, whereby, the first and second adjustment means are together operable to adjustably compress the torso of the wearer in region of the wearers chest.

A brassiere for prosthetic-enhanced breasts comprising: two cup portions; two shoulder straps; a back; and two front straps; wherein the two front straps cross diagonally upward and attach above an opposite breast; wherein the two cup portions have lateral padding or reinforcement; wherein, when donned, a user's breasts are supported in an inward and upward manner and premature breast aging is prevented.

One or more embodiments of a garment including a first frontal panel, a second frontal panel, a back panel, and shoulder strap connectors are included. The first frontal panel includes a first portion of a first decoupleable shoulder strap. The second frontal panel includes a first portion of a second decoupleable shoulder strap. The back panel includes second portions of the first decoupleable shoulder strap and the second decoupleable shoulder strap. The second portion of the first decoupleable shoulder strap includes a first extension and the second portion of the second decoupleable shoulder strap includes a second extension. An undergarment is disclosed which includes a brassiere part. The brassiere part includes cups and wings fixedly connected with the cups, and the wings are used for transversely surrounding a user.
