CORROSION RESISTANCE OF RUBBER-BASED ADHESIVES AND SEALANTS
The present invention relates to a hot-curing reactive composition based on natural and/or synthetic elastomers containing olefinic double bonds, and further containing at least one vulcanization system, as well as the use thereof as a one-component adhesive, sealant, as sealing compound or coating compound in vehicle construction, in particular in automotive body assembly. The present invention further relates to the use of corrosion protection pigments for improving the corrosion protection effect of such compositions.

a copolymer [I] of (A) a perfluoroalkylalkyl (meth)acrylate and (B) a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate,
a polymer [II] of an acrylic acid alkyl ester,
a polymer [III] of a fluorinated olefin, and
a curing agent [IV];
wherein the weight ratio of the isocyanate group-containing 1,2-polybutadiene and the OH group-containing fluororesin composition is 50:50 to 95:5.

SURFACE-TREATING AGENT FOR VULCANIZED RUBBER
A surface-treating agent for vulcanized rubber, comprising, based on 100 parts by weight, as solid matters, of isocyanate group-containing 1,2-polybutadiene, an organic solvent solution containing 10 to 160 parts by weight of fluororesin particles and 2.5 to 20 parts by weight of a perfluoroalkyl group-containing oligomer-based, fluorine-containing surfactant as a dispersant. The surface-treating agent for vulcanized rubber improves the solution stability of the organic solvent solution, improves the further hardness of the entire coating film formed from the surface-treating agent, abrasion resistance, and product torque evaluation, and is effectively used as, for example, a coating agent for seal lip parts of oil seals.
Circuit Board and Process for Preparing the Same
The present invention provides a process for preparing a pre-treated low Dk-type glass fabric for constituting a circuit board, comprising pre-treating low Dk-type glass fabric with a pre-treating varnish having a Dk close to the Dk of the used low Dk-type glass fabric at different temperatures and having a small Df. The present invention further provides a bonding sheet and a circuit board prepared thereby. The circuit boards prepared by the preparation process of the present invention have a Dk having small differences in warp and weft directions, and can effectively solve the problem of signal propagation delay. The circuit boards have a small Df, so as to have a small signal loss. Meanwhile, the cured, partially-cured or uncured dry glue obtained after drying the solvent of the pre-treating varnish has similar dielectric properties at different temperatures to the used low Dk-type glass fabric, so that the circuit boards have a very small signal propagation delay at different temperatures.

REMOVABLE, AQUEOUS-BASED COMPOSITIONS
Removable, aqueous-based compositions, especially sealants useful for, inter alia, temporary craft applications and seasonal weatherization of buildings and methods of their use are disclosed. These sealants reduce the flammability risks and lingering odor problems associated using solvent-based systems, particularly during application. These compositions do not rely on additives that disrupt the adhesion of the compositions to the substrate and that leave undesirable residue on the substrate.

POLYMER-ENCAPSULATED PIGMENT PARTICLE
A polymer-encapsulated pigment dispersion is prepared from a mixture of (a) a carrier; (b) pigment particles; and (c) a polymeric dispersing agent having a polymer backbone, and an alkali-swellable copolymer component. The dispersing agent may provide efficient pigment wetting and dispersion using relatively low and thus economical dispersant amounts, and subsequently enable formation of polymer-encapsulating pigment dispersions that, when used in coatings, provide good opacity and good hiding characteristics, especially in titanium dioxide-containing coating compositions.
GLITTER-CONTAINING COHESIVE PRODUCTS AND METHOD FOR MAKING THE SAME
In one aspect, a cohesive product comprises a substrate and a cohesive layer provided on at least one surface of the substrate. The cohesive layer comprises a cohesive composition including a cohesive component admixed with a glitter component. The cohesive component further comprising a thickening agent in an amount sufficient to maintain the glitter component substantially uniformly distributed in the cohesive composition. In a further aspect, a method of manufacturing a cohesive produce is provided.
