System and method for digital markups of custom products
Techniques for generating and using digital markups on digital images are presented. In an embodiment, a method comprises receiving, at an electronic device, a digital layout image that represents a form of a product for manufacturing a reference product; generating a digital markup layout by overlaying the digital markup image over the digital layout image; based on the digital markup layout, generating one or more manufacturing files comprising digital data for manufacturing the reference product; receiving a digital reference image of the reference product manufactured based on the one or more manufacturing files; identifying one or more found markup regions in the digital reference image; based on the found markup regions, generating a geometry map and an interactive asset image; based on, at least in part, the geometry map, generating a customized product image by applying a user pattern to the interactive asset image.
System and method for manufacturing of garments
A method and apparatus for automatically manufacturing a custom fit garment is provided. The method comprises creating a pattern for the garment to be manufactured and determining at least a portion of the body of the customer to be scanned based on the created pattern and scanning at least the portion of body of the customer to determine sizing requirements for the garment to be manufactured. The method further comprises customizing the pattern for the garment to be manufactured based on the determined sizing requirement and automatically manufacturing the garment based on the customized pattern.
AUTOMATIC DETERMINATION OF SEWING LINES FOR ASSEMBLYING PATTERN PIECES OF GARMENT
Sewing lines for sewing pattern pieces combined to form a garment is determined automatically using placement information and a graph. The placement information indicates at least matching relationships between at least the subset of the pattern pieces and placement points of an avatar onto which the garment is draped. The graph includes nodes and segments. The nodes are located on outlines of the pattern pieces. Each of the segments indicating a directed connection between adjacent ones of the nodes. Matching edges of at least the subset of the pattern pieces is determined by the placement information as sewing lines for at least the subset of the pattern pieces using the graph.
Systems and methods for end-to-end article management
Systems and methods are described for managing articles. The systems and methods described herein may comprise an example method for manufacturing an article. The systems and methods described herein may comprise an example method for cutting and registration of an article. The systems and methods provides an end-to-end manufacturing value chain as a closed system and feedback loop.
CUTTING STRUCTURE AND SEWING PROCESS FOR BACK WEARING PROTECTIVE CLOTHING
The present disclosure discloses a cutting structure and a sewing process for back wearing protective clothing. An eye gap is formed in the top of a cap cutting piece. An upper neck interface is formed in the bottom of the cap cutting piece. Cap top seams which are in left-right symmetry are formed in the two sides of the eye gap. Cap openings are formed in the two sides of the lower part of the cap cutting piece. An upper right sleeve seam is formed in the upper end of one side of an upper section cutting piece. A lower right sleeve seam is formed in the lower end of one side of the upper section cutting piece. An upper left sleeve seam is formed in the upper end of the other side of the upper section cutting piece. A lower left sleeve seam is formed in the lower end of the other side of the upper section cutting piece.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DISPLAYING DARTS ON PATTERN PIECES OF GARMENT
A method and apparatus for displaying a dart on a pattern piece receives a position of a second dart to be generated in association with a first dart included in at least one pattern piece that forms a garment, sets a pivot point by an intersection point between a first extension line extending from the first dart and a second extension line extending from the second dart, generates the second dart in the pattern piece based on a width of the first dart that is changed by rotating at least a portion of the pattern piece around the pivot point, and displays a pattern piece including the generated second dart.
Computer Process for Generating Fashion Pattern from an Input Image of a Design Element
An automated pattern generation application obtains an image as an input, where the image is of a design element such as a unique building. The automated pattern generation application extracts essential design features from the image and determines how to represent those essential design features in a fashion object (e.g., a garment or wearable accessory).
PATTERN MAKING SYSTEM
A pattern making system having upper and lower sloper sections that are connected together at different heights to adjust the overall height of the upper and lower sloper sections. The upper and lower sloper sections have multiple widths, so that an upper section of a first width can be connected to a lower section of a second and different width, so that the sloper has different widths, which can be accommodated. In order to connect the upper and lower sloper sections, two parallel sliding connector rods are provided for sliding within respective parallel paths on the lower sloper section. In addition, the connector rods also have lower sections for sliding within parallel paths on the lower sloper section. In this manner, the sliding connector rods are moved in parallel relative to the upper sloper section and lower sloper section to vary the distance between the upper and lower sloper sections in order to vary the height of the sloper.

ARTIFICIALLY INTELLIGENT UNIT-OF-ONE PATTERN CREATION FOR BESPOKE GARMENT FABRICATION
A unit-of-one pattern creation method for bespoke garment fabrication includes loading into memory a test image of a base garment fitted on a model, processing the test image in a first convolutional neural network to generate different classifications for different portions of the base garment and flattening the different classified portions of the base garment to produce corresponding flattened patterns of the base garment. Thereafter, an image of a unique individual wearing a customer specific garment is acquired and processed in a second recurrent neural network trained with the different classifications of the first convolutional neural network. In response to the receipt of the acquired image in the second recurrent neural network, the second recurrent neural network classifies different portions of the acquired image and flattens the classified different portions of the acquired image in order to produce corresponding flattened patterns for a customized version of the base garment.
