METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CREATING DIGITAL CLOTHING
A computer simulation technology that processes 2D clothing patterns and thus creates digital clothing.
The purpose of the present disclosure is to easily adjust a length of another segment to be sewn the same as a length of a selected segment on a pattern when free-sewing.
Method and apparatus for 3D clothing draping simulation
The present disclosure relates to a method of applying a sublayer in which a layer is applied on the basis of a sewing line as a unit and an apparatus thereof in making 3D clothing by computer simulation. A partial region within a pattern is designated by selecting a sewing line through a user interface, and a sublayer in which a layer is set on the basis of the sewing line is set.
PULLOVER TOWEL
A pullover towel is provided, including a terrycloth towel having a neckline hole formed in a center thereof. A knit fabric neckline is coupled with the towel about the neckline hole. The pullover towel includes a first, second, and third fabric section, with the third fabric section positioned between the first and second. The neckline is positioned in the third fabric section. The fabric sections and neckline are arranged such that when the pullover towel is worn, the first fabric section is draped over a user's front torso, the second fabric section is draped over a user's back torso, the third fabric section is draped over a user's shoulders, and the neckline is positioned about a user's neck. Also provided is a method of making a pullover towel, including forming a neckline hole within a towel, and coupling a neckline about the neckline hole.

Computer aided systems and methods for creating custom products
A computer-aided design system enables physical articles to be customized via printing or embroidering. A user interface may be generated that includes an image of a model of an article of manufacture and user customizable design areas that are graphically indicated on the image corresponding to the model. A design area selection may be received. In response to an add design element instruction and design element specification, the specified design element is rendered in the selected design area on the model image. Customization permissions associated with the selected design area are accessed, and using the customization permissions, a first set of design element edit tools are selected and rendered. User edits to the design element may be received and rendered in real time. Manufacturing instructions may be transmitted to a printing system.
Virtual Storefront with Garment Previews
A system allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. The system provides feedback to the user on how their designs may appear in a virtual storefront, such as through virtual reality or augment reality techniques.
Designated region projection printing of spatial pattern for 3D object on flat sheet in determined orientation
A system determines an object-design for a three-dimensional model of an object. The object-design may exhibit a design continuity. The system breaks the object-design in to spatial patterns corresponding to the discrete surfaces making up the outward surface of the object. The system then generates flattened patterns by projecting the spatial patterns into a two-dimensional plane. The system prints the flattened patterns on to designated regions of material sheets in an orientation that preserves the design continuity of the object-design. The regions may be extracted from the sheets and then joined at their edges to form a cover for object that exhibits the continuity of the object design.

Apparel Design System with Bounded Area for Asset Placement
A system allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. As the user designs apparel, the system provides feedback as to what designs can be used, such as avoiding technical constraints with their designs.
Computerized method for creating and editing surfaces to represent garments on the body of a mannequin in a virtual three-dimensional environment
The invention relates to a computerised method for creating and editing, using a computer, surfaces used to represent garments on the body of a mannequin (22) in a virtual three-dimensional environment. The method consists in using digital sculpting techniques and tools in conjunction with physical cloth simulation in order to modify freely and quickly the shape of a garment on the body of a mannequin (22).
