Apparel Design System with Collection Management
A system allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. Users may collaborate while designing the apparel and designate what items should belong in specific collections.
Surface Projection for Apparel in an Apparel Design System
A system allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. The system provides three-dimensional previews of their designs on a mannequin, using light projection techniques.
Collaboration in an Apparel Design System
A system allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. Users may communicate with other users on how wear patterns should be applied onto base garments and make changes to the wear patterns or other garment features, while sharing with other users their progress.
Substituting an Existing Collection in an Apparel Management System
A system allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. The system swaps garments in a digital asset to garments that are designed using the system.
Apparel Modeling in a Virtual Storefront
A system allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. The system provides feedback to the user on how their designs may appear in a virtual storefront, such as through virtual reality or augment reality techniques.
TRIANGLE QUILTING TEMPLATE
The Triangle Quilting Template is a template utilized by quilters to fabricate triangularly-shaped quilting blocks. The Triangle Quilting Template comprises two templates: a trapezoid shaped template and a template with a triangular shape. A quilter utilizes the templates to cut three trapezoid-shaped fabric pieces from the trapezoid-shaped template and a single fabric piece with a triangular shape from the template with a triangle shape. These four fabric pieces are sewn together to create a unique triangle-shaped quilting block. A number of triangle-shaped quilting blocks may be sewn together to create a quilt.
COMPUTER AIDED SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CREATING CUSTOM PRODUCTS
A computer-aided design system enables physical articles to be customized via printing or embroidering. A user interface may be generated that includes an image of a model of an article of manufacture and user customizable design areas that are graphically indicated on the image corresponding to the model. A design area selection may be received. In response to an add design element instruction and design element specification, the specified design element is rendered in the selected design area on the model image. Customization permissions associated with the selected design area are accessed, and using the customization permissions, a first set of design element edit tools are selected and rendered. User edits to the design element may be received and rendered in real time. Manufacturing instructions may be transmitted to a printing system.
SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND SOFTWARE FOR MANUFACTURING A KNITTED ARTICLE
Apparel patterns may be generated as a function of custom apparel information provided by a user, such as one or more measurements, colors, etc., such that the user can have apparel custom-knitted to their particular size and shape without having to acquiesce the high expense and long wait times typically associated with custom-fit clothing. After a custom apparel pattern is generated, a custom-knitted article can be manufactured based on the pattern by transmitting appropriate information to a knitting machine. Data produced while generating custom apparel patterns can be stored and used to optimize and improve the manufacturing of customized knitwear for subsequent users. Further, such data can be shared with third parties such that manufacturers or others can utilize one or more beneficial aspects of the present disclosure without having to implement all of the functionality that would otherwise be required to obtain such benefits.
Suit pattern and measuring device for suit pattern
A suit pattern contains: setting, as left and right shoulder rear virtual base points, points specified by moving forward from the center line of the back region by a length that is one-half the circumference of the chest multiplied by 0.1770.005, and then moving upward perpendicularly from that point approximately one-fourth of the length of the movement length; setting as left and right shoulder front-rear virtual base points, points specified according to the intersection of a line perpendicular to a position that is 0.560.05 times the length from the front body front-end edge to the front-end edge of the sleeve hole, and absolute horizontal line from the left or right shoulder front-rear base point; setting as left and right front-rear virtual base points and the cut-off front-rear end section of the sleeve hole at a fixed adjustment angle; and stitching each of the front-rear shoulder ridge lines together.
Customization Using Apparel Base Templates
Delayed finishing of apparel products, such as by way of laser finishing, allows an operating model that reduces finishing cost, lowers carrying costs, increases productivity, shortens time to market, be more reactive to trends, reduce product constraints, reduces lost sales and dilution, and more. Improved aspects include design, development, planning, merchandising, selling, making, and delivering. The model uses fabric templates, each of which can be used to produce a multitude of finishes. Operational efficiency is improved.
