MANNEQUIN, MANNEQUIN AND MOVEMENT CART ASSEMBLY, MACHINE AND SYSTEM FOR THE LASER MARKING OF TROUSERS
A mannequin for supporting a pair of trousers whereon a laser marking is performed, having two leg structures housed inside the trouser legs. Each structure has a longitudinal axis, upper and lower areas, front and rear planes, an inner side and outer side. The separation between the inner and outer sides varies due to the tensing mechanism in order to go from a non-operative loosened position (A) to a maximum tensed end position (B) to perform the marking. Each leg structure is coupled to a respective main rotation axis around which rotates by a respective articulation having the mannequin for each leg structure. The main rotation axis is parallel to the direction of the dimension of the rise of the pair of trousers or collinear with it. The front planes can form at least two angles greater and/or less than 180° when rotated around the respective main rotation axes thereof.

The human body simulation model includes: a human body model; a photodeformable shaping garment; a plurality of excitation light sources; a plurality of elastic elements; and a first controller configured to control at least a part of the plurality of excitation light sources to emit light waves to the photodeformable shaping garment according to body shape parameters of a user received, so that the photodeformable shaping garment is deformed to simulate a body shape of the user.

The heatable headform receives power from the external power source via the power supply. A method for producing a compression garment for a user from an elastic fabric comprises the step of providing a base garment, fitting the garment on a supporting mannequin that has a plurality of independent heating means to independently heat different portions of the garment, measuring the compression applied to the mannequin portions by the garment and heating selected portions of the garment until the compression of the garment on the mannequin has reached a desired value.

A dress form stand has a joint connector formed as a socket body. The socket body has a socket for connecting to a vertical post, and the vertical post connects to a dress form. A plurality of swivel legs each have a hook joint formed as a hook, and each swivel leg has a leg abutment inside surface that opposes the abuts against a socket body inside abutment surface formed on the socket body when the hook joint is in an engaged configuration. A plurality of leg extension tips are formed at a distal end of the plurality of swivel legs.
