Wafer laminate and making method
A wafer laminate has an adhesive layer (3) sandwiched between a transparent substrate (1) and a water (2), with a circuit-forming surface of the wafer facing the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer (3) includes a first cured resin layer (3a) disposed adjacent the substrate and having light-shielding properties and a second cured resin layer (3b) disposed adjacent the wafer and comprising a cured product of a thermosetting resin composition.

POLYBENZOXAZINE THAT CAN BE USED FOR COATING METAL AND FOR THE BONDING OF SAME TO RUBBER
Polybenzoxazine comprises repeat units which comprise at least one unit corresponding to the formulae (I) or (II):

in which Z.sub.1 and Z.sub.2, which are identical or different, represent an at least divalent, aliphatic, cycloaliphatic or aromatic bonding group comprising at least one carbon atom and optionally at least one heteroatom selected from O, S, N and P. Such a polybenzoxazine may be used as a metal-adhesive layer, in particular for the adhesive bonding of a metal substrate, in particular made of carbon steel, to a rubber.
POLYBENZOXAZINE THAT CAN BE USED FOR COATING METAL AND FOR THE BONDING OF SAME TO RUBBER
Polybenzoxazine comprises repeat units which comprise at least one unit corresponding to the formulae (I) or (II):

Hydrocarbon-based polymer of formula (1) bearing alkoxysilane end groups: ##STR00001## in which: is a double or single bond; each of R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 is H, a halo, an alkoxycarbonyl or an alkyl, m and p are each from 0 to 5, each of R and R is an alkyl, Z is an alkylene, optionally interrupted with COO, q is 0 or 1, r is 0, 1 or 2, and n is an integer such that the number-average molar mass Mn of the polymer is from 400 to 50 000 g/mol, and its polydispersity index (PDI) is from 1.0 to 2.0. Preparation by ring-opening metathesis polymerization for 2 hours to 24 hours. Adhesive composition comprising polymer (1) and crosslinking catalyst. Bonding by assembly of two substrates using this adhesive composition.
