Display protecting film without base film
The present invention relates to a display protective film including no base film, and the display protective film includes a transparent coating layer and a surface-protective coating layer. The protective film of the present invention is attached to whole surfaces of a flat portion and a curved portion. Accordingly, there is no peeling phenomenon on the curved portion. The protective film is also excellent in preventing the breakage of glass due to impact and preventing contamination. Moreover, scratches that may occur in outdoor activities are restored, and indentation marks made by a stylus pen when writing with the stylus pen are immediately restored, so that a clean screen is always maintained.
Impact-resistant polyester pressure-sensitive adhesive
Polyester pressure-sensitive adhesives are described. The polyester includes at least two different diacid residues and at least two different diol residues. The polyester includes at least one pendant group containing an alkenyl group. A ratio of a total number of the at least one pendant group to the total number of ester groups in the polyester is in a range of 0.001 to 0.1. The polyester has a glass transition temperature in a range of 50 C. to 10 C.
Adhesive Composition and Polarizing Plate Comprising Adhesive Layer Formed Using Same
An adhesive composition and a polarizing plate including an adhesive layer formed using the same are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, an adhesive composition includes 3-ethyl-3-(2-ethylhexyloxy)methyloxetane, 3-ethyl-3-hydroxymethyloxetane, 3,3-oxybis(methylene)bis(3-ethyloxetane), an acryl-based compound, an aromatic epoxy compound, and an alicyclic epoxy compound, wherein the 3-ethyl-3-(2-ethylhexyloxy)methyloxetane is present in an amount of 20 parts by weight to 40 parts by weight, the 3-ethyl-3-hydroxymethyloxetane is present in 2 parts by weight to 8 parts by weight, the 3,3-oxybis(methylene)bis(3-ethyloxetane) is present in 2 parts by weight to 8 parts by weight, the acryl-based compound is present in 5 parts by weight to 20 parts by weight, the aromatic epoxy compound is present in 7 parts by weight to 40 parts by weight, and the alicyclic epoxy compound is present in 10 parts by weight to 50 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the adhesive composition.
Adhesive tape
The adhesive tape includes: a resin layer that is formed by applying resin coating, the resin coating containing a resin having an acid number of 50 mg/g or more and 130 mg/g or less, and at least one type of cross-linking agent selected from between an epoxy-based cross-linking agent and a metal chelate cross-linking agent; and an adhesive layer that is laminated on or above the resin layer, and is formed by applying adhesive coating, the adhesive coating containing a resin including a hydroxyl group, and a metal chelate compound.
Waterproof membrane with good adhesion to concrete
A waterproof membrane is described that includes a barrier layer and a functional layer. The functional layer can include a thermoplastic polymer that changes consistency under the influence of highly alkaline media, and an adhesive. The production and use of the membrane are also described. The functional layer of the membrane can be designed in the form of a film, a coating, or a nonwoven fabric. The fibers in the fabric can include a hard core that is surrounded by a polymer layer, is inert prior to coming into contact with liquid concrete and acts as a protective layer. Thus, the membrane is protected from premature aging and allows work to be performed with the seal in place. During the concreting process, i.e. when the functional layer comes into contact with liquid concrete, the polymer dissolves and thus allows the adhesive to bond to the concrete. The functional layer thus acts as an adhesive sealing compound and the seal is leakproof.
Packaged pre-adhesive composition including a polylactic acid-containing packaging material, adhesives, and articles
A polymerizable pre-adhesive composition includes packaging material and a packaged pre-adhesive reactive mixture sealed within the packaging material. The packaging material includes: a semicrystalline polylactic acid (PLA); a polyvinyl acetate (PVAc); and a plasticizer; wherein the PLA/PVAc-containing packaging material has a single T.sub.g of less than 25 C. and a normalized Haze value of less than 10% per 25 microns.
SEALING ADHESIVE TAPE FOR VEHICLE BODIES
A method is provided for sealing discontinuities in vehicle bodywork, using an at least two-layer adhesive product which comprises at least one thermally activatable adhesive layer and a film layer of a polymeric material, where first the adhesive product is positioned with the adhesive layer onto the discontinuity for sealing, the adhesive layer sealingly wets the discontinuity, optionally after temperature increase, at elevated temperature the thermal activation of the adhesive ensues, characterized in that the adhesive layer used comprises a layer of a thermally activatable adhesive, specifically a layer based on a vulcanizable adhesive, and the thermal activation takes place with vulcanization of the adhesive.
