Linerless thermal label web and labels produced thereof
A linerless thermal label web includes layers in the following order: a release layer, a thermal paper comprising a heat sensitive part, and an adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer includes an adhesive deadening varnish at longitudinal edge areas of the linerless thermal web so as to reduce the tackiness of the adhesive layer in the longitudinal edge areas. A thermal label can be produced from the label web and the label web can be used for variable information printing applications.
INSULATING MEDIUM RUBBER FILM AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF AND MULTI-LAYER PRINTED-CIRCUIT BOARD
An insulating medium rubber film and a production method thereof, and a multi-layer printed-circuit board. The insulating medium rubber film includes a release film and an insulating medium layer arranged on the surface of the release film, where materials of the insulating medium layer include saturated polyester resin, amino resin or blocked isocyanate, epoxy resin, a curing agent, inorganic filler and a curing accelerator. According to the insulating medium rubber film and the production method thereof and the multi-layer printed-circuit board, by introducing the saturated polyester resin component into an epoxy resin composition, the produced insulating medium rubber film has the advantages that a dielectric constant is low, a dielectric dissipation factor is low, thermal expansion is not liable to happen, and adhesion is good.
ADHESIVE
Described herein is a two-part condensation curable silyl-modified polymer based adhesive composition suitable for the adhesion of a front lens having an anti-haze coating onto a lamp body for lighting applications. Also described herein are lamps comprising a lamp body and a front lens utilizing the adhesive composition to adhere the front lens to the lamp body while generally preserving the integrity of the anti-haze coating.
ADHESIVE COMPOSITIONS WITH POLYESTERS COMPRISING 2,2,4,4-TETRAALKYL-1,3-CYCLOBUTANEDIOL AND METHODS OF MAKING THE SAME
Adhesive compositions comprise a polyester polyol that includes residues of at least one 2, 2, 4, 4-tetraalkylcyclobutane-1, 3-diol, including, for example, 2, 2, 4, 4-tetramethylcyclobutane-1, 3-diol (TMCD). Adhesive compositions as described herein exhibit enhanced properties as compared to conventional adhesive compositions, and may be suitable for a wide variety of end use applications, including, flexible packaging, woodworking, automotive uses, and electronics.
MONOPOLYMER MULTIFUNCTIONAL SEQUENCED CAST POLYURETHANE MATRIX AND PRODUCTION THEREOF
The invention relates to a monopolymer multifunctional sequenced cast polyurethane matrix produced simply and efficiently, by sequentially pouring various isocyanate/polyol complex phase solutions successively into a mould with alternating solidification of said phase solutions according to a defined order and respecting the polymerisation stage (after the pot life and before the demolding time) of the sequence preceding the one being cast, so as to end with the casting of the last phase solution that will go up to the demolding time thereof and thereby finish the polymerisation of the whole of the matrix. It is loaded, in its “reservoir” sequences, with naturally originating or synthesised transdermally penetrating or volatile active substances. They are medicating and therapeutic, cosmetic, phytosanitary or wellness substances, repellents, attractants, pheromones, biocides, perfumes or deodorants. At least two active substances can be loaded into the same matrix in order to act unidirectionally or in opposite directions. Said matrix is used to form different devices that adhere to the skin or any other surface, in order to deliver at least one substance in a controlled manner. Said devices are patches, patches with a plurality of active substances, replaceable plasters stuck to a textile support, active heel pads and ball pads for shoes, pheromone cards for controlling insects, self-adhesive insecticide attractant cards, or other devices equivalent in terms of structure and function.
Moisture Vapor Transmission Thermoplastic Polyurethane with High Heat Resistance
The present invention relates to novel thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU) that contain alkylene substituted spirocyclic compounds. The present invention provides for TPU which exhibit high temperature resistance.
STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE TAPE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
Disclosed are a structural adhesive tape in which a mesh layer is located on one side or both sides of an adhesive layer, and a method of manufacturing the same. The mesh layer having a specific specification may be used and an adhesive layer including an epoxy resin with a solid phase and a liquid phase and a flame retardant plasticizer may be used introduced so that a tape sagging phenomenon can be solved while minimizing degradation in adhesive strength. In addition, the mesh layer may be used so that a usage temperature range may be extended from a range ranging from about 5° C. to about 35° C. to a range ranging from about 0° C. to about 40° C., and thus workability in high and low temperature ranges may be improved such that tape workability can be improved even in overseas factories with poor temperature conditions.
