Delayed thermal cracking system, apparatus, and method
A delayed thermal cracking process, system, and apparatus for heavy (i.e., high boiling point) coker feed materials which eliminates the production of a solid coke product and replaces the coke product with a higher value, pumpable tar liquid material which can be used as an asphalt paving material, as a fuel oil, or for other purposes. A hydrocarbon cooling and diluting material is added to and mixed with the tar material in the coking drum after the fill cycle to produce the liquid tar product and eliminate the steam-out, quenching, draining, unheading, hydraulic cutting, reheading, pressure testing, and warm-up procedures previously required in delayed coking systems, and to also eliminate the environmental issues and costs associated therewith.
COMPACT AND MAINTAINABLE WASTE REFORMATION APPARATUS
Methods and apparatus for compact and easily maintainable waste reformation. Some embodiments include a rotary oven reformer adapted and configured to provide synthesis gas from organic waste. Some embodiments include a rotary oven with simplified operation both as to reformation of the waste, usage of the synthesized gas and other products, and easy removal of the finished waste products, preferably in a unit of compact size for use in austere settings. Yet other embodiments include Fischer-Tropsch reactors of synthesized gas. Some of these reactors include heat exchanging assemblies that provide self-cleaning effects, efficient utilization of waste heat, and ease of cleaning.

UPDRAFT GASIFIER AND METHOD, APPARATUS, AND SYSTEM FOR BIOMASS DECOMPOSITION
A method, system, and apparatus for decomposing a biomass feedstock include providing a layer of inert particulate matter, such as sand, to line and insulate the bottom surface of a main chamber of a reactor where pyrolysis and oxidation are conducted to produce char and producer gases as primary products. In an embodiment, feedstock positioned in a side region of the reaction chamber insulates side walls of the main chamber from heat in the center region of the main chamber. In an embodiment of the method, a rate of removal of solid products such as char from the reactor is controlled in response to a temperature detected at a position of an extraction tube inlet of the reactor. Activated charcoal may be obtained as a primary product using the system and method, by feeding oxygen into the reactor at an inlet positioned adjacent to an inlet to the extraction chamber.
SOLID HAZARDOUS WASTE PYROLYSIS PROCESS AND FULL-SET EQUIPMENT
A solid hazardous waste pyrolysis process and full-set equipment including a pyrolysis box for hazardous waste and intermittent pyrolysis equipment. The equipment includes an outer and rotatable inner barrel; at least one pyrolysis material placement area is formed in the inner barrel; the placement area formed by multiple groups of guide plates circumferentially arranged on the inner wall of the barrel and baffles arranged on the top of plates at the two ends; each group of plates include vertical and sieve plates that are connected. Hazardous waste placed in the pyrolysis box; a box body is placed between the baffles of the pyrolysis material placement areas; after a pyrolysis device is sealed, heat is carried out to start pyrolysis; the box body rotates at the bottom of the inner barrel; and a material is heated, melts and falls onto the reaction medium below, completing pyrolysis of solid hazardous waste.
