A composition for a heat cycle system comprising a working fluid for heat cycle containing at least one compound selected from predetermined HCFO and CFO, and a mixed refrigeration oil obtained by mixing a naphthenic mineral oil and other predetermined refrigeration oil, wherein the mixed refrigeration oil has a kinematic viscosity at 40° C. of 300 mm.sup.2/s or lower, a mixed composition 1 of the working fluid for heat cycle and the mixed refrigeration oil at a concentration of the working fluid for heat cycle of 10 mass % has a viscosity at 60° C. of 10 mPa.Math.s or higher, and a mixed composition 2 of the working fluid for a heat cycle system and the mixed refrigeration oil at a concentration of the mixed refrigeration oil of 5 mass % has a two phase separation temperature of 0° C. or lower, and a heat cycle system, which employs the composition for a heat cycle system.
Method For Producing Lubricating Compositions, Industrial Degreasing Oily Additives For Fuels
The invention relates to a method for producing lubricating compositions, oily corrosion-inhibiting industrial degreasers for oils and fuels, which are not degradable in the presence of oxygen, water, high temperatures and via contamination with particles, based on distilled and double-distilled fatty acids, a ternary compound, halogenated compounds, organic polymers, alcohols and mineral oil.
Refrigerator, refrigerator oil, working fluid composition for refrigerator
One aspect of the present invention is a refrigerating machine including a refrigerant circulation system including a compressor, a condenser, an expansion mechanism, and an evaporator, and the refrigerant circulation system being filled with a refrigerant and a refrigerating machine oil, wherein the refrigerating machine oil contains: a first base oil having a compatible region with the refrigerant in a range of a temperature of 30° C. or lower and an oil ratio of 1 to 80% by mass; and a second base oil having a kinematic viscosity at 40° C. lower than the first base oil and having a narrower compatible region with the refrigerant than the first base oil.
STABILIZED LUBRICANT COMPOSITIONS AND HEAT TRANSFER COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING THE SAME
A lubricant composition comprises a lubricant and a stabilizer. The stabilizer comprises a first epoxide group and a second functional group selected from the group consisting of (i) a second epoxide group; (ii) an aliphatic carbon-carbon multiple bond conjugated with a second carbon-carbon multiple bond; (iii) an aliphatic carbon-carbon multiple bond conjugated with an electron withdrawing group; and (iv) an aliphatic carbon-carbon multiple bond conjugated with an aromatic group. A heat transfer composition comprises a lubricant composition as described above and a haloalkane, such as an iodoalkane (e.g., trifluoroiodomethane).
Refrigerating machine oil
An aspect of the present invention relates to a refrigerating machine oil with a kinematic viscosity at 100° C. of 0.5 mm.sup.2/s or more and 1.5 mm.sup.2/s or less, a 90% distillation temperature in gas chromatography distillation of 280° C. or more and less than 360° C., and an aniline point of 70° C. or more.
STABILIZED HEAT TRANSFER COMPOSITIONS, METHODS AND SYSTEMS
The present invention relates to heat transfer compositions comprising refrigerant, lubricant and stabilizer, wherein the refrigerant comprises 39 to 45% by weight difluoromethane (HFC-32), 1 to 4% by weight pentafluoroethane (HFC-125), and 51 to 57% by weight trifluoroiodomethane (CF.sub.3I), and wherein said lubricant comprises polyol ester (POE) lubricant and/or polyvinyl ether (PVE) lubricant, and wherein said stabilizer comprises an alkylated naphthalene and optionally but preferably an acid depleting moiety.
Active filter for oil-free refrigerant compressor
A compressor system includes a compressor including a compressor inlet, a compressor outlet, and a bearing assembly, the compressor configured to compress a heat transfer fluid. An additive dispenser is fluidly coupled to the compressor upstream of the bearing assembly. The additive dispenser is configured to controllably release a volume of an additive material into the heat transfer fluid, the additive material configured to lubricate the bearing assembly. A method of lubricating a bearing assembly of compressor includes locating a volume of additive material at an additive dispenser fluidly coupled to a compressor, dispensing a portion of the additive material into the flow of heat transfer fluid at a selected time, flowing the heat transfer fluid containing the additive material to a bearing assembly of the compressor, and lubricating the bearing assembly of the compressor with the additive material.
