SHOE INSOLE
A shoe insole having a protruding portion for stimulating the plantar side of a foot, and both shoe insole surfaces are used. The insole contains: a flat plate-shaped base portion made of a flexible material; and a protruding portion from at least one of the first and second insole surfaces and stimulates the plantar side of a foot. The first and second insole surfaces stimulate the same portion of the right and left feet when a load is applied by the foot from the second surface where the insole is in one of right and left shoes with the first surface having the protruding portion in contact with the shoe mid-sole portion, and when a load is applied by the foot from the first surface where the shoe insole is placed in the other of right and left shoes with the second surface in contact with the mid sole portion.
RESILIN MATERIAL FOOTWEAR AND FABRICATION METHODS
A method for making an article of footwear includes placing a purified recombinant resilin composition in a mold with a cross-linking solution, incubating the recombinant resilin composition in the cross-linking solution to generate a solid resilin material, fabricating a cushioning element of the article of footwear including at least a portion of the solid resilin material, and assembling the cushioning element insole with at least an upper of the article of footwear.
INSOLE FOR ERGONOMIC SHOES
An insole for ergonomic shoes according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, including: a plurality of first polygonal grooves that are formed to be arranged in polygonal shapes on a lower surface of the insole; a first wall portion forming a rim of the first polygonal groove; and a second polygonal groove that is disposed in a pressure distribution portion, which is a part of an inner and lower surface of the insole, and is formed of a rim including a second wall portion having a height lower than a height of the first wall portion.

An insole comprising a foot stimulating device having an upper surface for contact with a foot and a lower surface, at least one of the upper surface and the lower surface of the insole having a first region in which a plurality of elevations are formed adapted to apply stimulating pressure to the lower surface of a wearer's foot, the first region being located between the heel and the toes and surrounded by a second region in which no elevations are formed.
Gait aid
A gait aid is to be disposed on a shoe, and includes a detecting module, a control circuit and a projecting module. The detecting module generates a sense output based on pressure exerted on a sole of the shoe. The control circuit generates a control signal based at least on the sense output generated by the detecting module. The projecting module is electrically coupled to the control circuit for receiving the control signal therefrom, and is operable, based on the control signal, to project or not to project a cueing mark.
