This disclosure relates to targeted protease compositions and uses related thereto. In certain embodiments, the disclosure relates to nanoparticles wherein a targeting molecule is linked to the nanoparticle and wherein a catalytic domain of a protease is linked to the nanoparticle. In certain embodiments, the targeting molecule and the catalytic domain are within a single polypeptide sequence. In certain embodiments, the targeting molecule binds a molecule more highly expressed on cancer cells then non-cancerous cells, and the nanoparticles disclosed herein are used for the treatment of cancer by further attaching an anti-cancer agent to the nanoparticle or incorporating an anticancer agent within the nanoparticle.

ENZYMOLYSIS PROCESS OF CHICKEN AND APPLICATION OF ENZYMATIC HYDROLYSATE THEREOF IN DOG FOOD
20230363411 · 2023-11-16 ·

A process for enzymolysis of chicken includes the follow steps: Step 1, processing chicken into small pieces, transferring the small pieces into a reaction kettle, adding water and preheating; Step 2, stirring the chicken preheated in step 1, raising a temperature to 40 to 60° C., adding protease to perform enzymolysis; and Step 3, heating an enzymatic hydrolysate obtained in step 2 to 85 to 100° C., holding the temperature, and terminating the enzymolysis reaction. The protease is a composite flavourzyme including exo-protease produced by fermentation of Aspergillus oryzae and endo-protease produced by fermentation of Bacillus subtilis.

NATURAL RUBBER LATEX SPONGE PREVENTED FROM DISCOLORATION AND PROCESS OF PRODUCING THE SAME
20220298332 · 2022-09-22 ·

To provide natural rubber latex sponge with little pinking, and in particular deproteinized natural rubber latex sponge with low allergic properties. Natural rubber latex sponge is discolored when irradiated with light for 24 hours in an ammonia atmosphere of 0.03 g/l. The discoloration of the natural rubber latex sponge causes a color difference ΔE*ab of 0 to 10 between before and after the irradiation. The natural rubber latex sponge is produced from deproteinized natural rubber latex or latex obtained by causing a protein decomposition enzyme to react with natural rubber latex to decompose proteins.
