Systems and methods for adjusting variable geometry, height, weight distribution dynamics in orthotic devices and equipment

An active suspension orthotic support system is disclosed. The suspension orthotic support system comprises at least one variable resistance beam extending from a heel section to a mid-arch section of the footwear, wherein rotation of the variable resistance beam from a first position to a second position causes a resistance provided by the variable resistance beam to vary between a minimum resistance to a maximum resistance.

Working Toolkit

Resilient Elastomeric Single Piece Biasing Connector for Joining Two Lawn Rakes
20250081880 · 2025-03-13 ·

A single piece connector made from a robust, thick, tough, resilient, and relatively high durometer elastomer, such as polyurethane is described. The dimensions combined with the stiffness of the constituent material provides both a firm connection between two rakes and a significant biasing force that helps hold a load of scooped leaves between the associated rake heads as the head are maneuvered to a desired container for deposit. The one-piece construction of the connector facilitates economical manufacture as well as eliminating the failure points of multi-part connector systems.

HANDLE FOR A TOOL OR LIKE IMPLEMENT

An embodiment relates to a tool, including: a handle having an interior cavity therein; a grip on the handle; a rod that is movable with respect to the interior cavity of the handle such that movements of grip are translated into movements of the rod to deploy and retract an end of the rod with respect to an end of the handle; and a tool element attached to the handle. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

SAND RAKE
