Creel system
A system for connecting successive bobbins, in which the yarns of the different bobbins on the creel are connected to each other and are thus presented as one long yarn to the subsequent process. The system includes a plurality of devices for transporting and positioning a bobbin with yarn for provision in a creel. The system also includes a creel system that further includes a plurality of receiving positions, each of the receiving positions adapted to receive one of the devices. The devices are provided with one or more engaging elements, and the receiving positions are provided with one or more engaging mechanisms for connecting to the engaging elements.
Yarn storage system and method for producing textiles using such yarn storage system
A yarn storage container for storing a yarn, said storage container (101) comprising a, preferably tubular, container (101), having an axial length (L), a, preferably tubular, wall (501) and a first and second axial extremity (113-115), the first axial extremity (113) of said container (101) having an opening (123) for receiving an end of a yarn (200), said second axial extremity (115) of said container (101) being air-permeably closed, said wall (501) is air permeable by means of a plurality of openings (521-523) present along the axial length of said container (101). The invention further relates to a yarn storage system (1000) comprising a plurality of containers (101), to a textile production assembly (2000) and to methods of producing yarn (200) and textiles.

DIGITAL CREEL SYSTEM
A creel system includes a plurality of tension controller apparatuses supporting wire spools, an air pressure control system operatively connected to the tension controller apparatuses, a loose wire detection system configured to detect a loose wire condition upon contact between a sensor bar and one or more wires, and a central control system in communication with the air pressure control system and the loose wire detection system. The central control system ascertains a wire tension of one or more wires based on data from an apparatus sensor and the air pressure control system, and the central control system is configured to actuate the air pressure control system in response to the wire tension to maintain air pressure between upper and lower pressure thresholds. The central control system is configured to generate a loose wire alarm when the loose wire detection system detects the loose wire condition.
