METHOD FOR TREATING A TEXTILE MATERIAL WEB AND APPARATUS FOR TREATING A TEXTILE MATERIAL WEB
A method for treating a textile material web for reducing a gas-permeability of the textile material web. The method includes providing the textile material web with a first side having a planar configuration and a second side having a planar configuration, the first side being opposite to the second side, transporting the textile material web in an advancing direction, and reducing the gas permeability of the textile material web. The gas permeability of the textile material web is reduced by applying water to the first side and/or the second side of the textile material web, guiding the textile web material through a first treatment gap which is formed by a first treatment roller and a first counter tool, and in the first treatment gap, pressure treating the textile material web and thermally treating the first side and/or the second side of the textile material web.

Method and apparatus for manufacturing fiber for synthetic hair
A method and apparatus fabricate synthetic hair by mixing a raw material to form a mixed material; sterilizing the mixed material to form a sterilized material; melting the sterilized material to form a melted material; yarning the melted material to form a yarn material; sterilizing the yarn material to form an intermediate sterilized yarn; heating the sterilized yarn to form a heated yarn; and sterilizing the heated yarn to form a final sterilized yarn. Sterilizing of the mixed material, the yarn material, and/or the heated yarn includes: sterilizing using an ultraviolet (UV) lamp. Heating of the sterilized yarn is performed by a heating device selected from a heated roller, a heating plate, a steam jet device, and a hot water reservoir. Alternatively, sterilizing of the heated yarn includes: immersing the heated yarn into an immersion device, which includes an antibacterial solution. The final sterilized yarn forms a synthetic hair.
Velour fabric and method of manufacturing a velour fabric
The invention provides a velvet fabric and a method of making the fabric. The fabric includes a support formed by weft yarns and warp yarns, such that the weft yarns are inserted and interwoven with the warp yarns, and at least one filling yarn is anchored in the form of loops or bristles in the support. The support has two surfaces and the filling yarn emerges from at least one surface of the support. The warp yarns and/or the weft yarns of the support are at least partially formed of polyester at a low melting temperature.
