The second hole is spaced apart from the first hole. The first lock is positioned between the first hole and the entrance side and is configured to grip the flexible material. The second lock is positioned between the first hole and the second hole and is configured to grip the flexible material. The third lock is positioned on a first side of the second hole and is configured to grip the flexible material.
